I went to this restaurant three times and then a fourth. Eating and was a great experience with great client care and customer service and the food was high-quality. I’ll be at a bit pricey it was delicious.
Unfortunately, I took out a pick up order, and the Connecticut roll was less than appetizing and not the quality at all that you would expect for an $18 sandwich.
It is to be served on a toasted roll with butter. The roll was cold and not toasted and there was no butter and the lobster was just cold lobster that was put into the bowl not even heated up and there was no butter on that as well. I called to tell them about it and I was told we’re sorry I was not offered to get a replacement sandwich. No I was I offered to have anything to return. I was told I would receive a return phone call from the owner from one of the workers who seemed very sincere. Evidently the owner did not see fit to return my call, nor did he answer my email message so I would not go back to what I recommend any take out service.

Behind the counter was a very young girl maybe 15 and an even younger boy no older than 13 taking orders. They were friendly but clearly not trained in basic customer service or decorum. After spending over $50 on two bottles of water and two tiny “just ok” lobster rolls (the average person would need to eat (2) or more to fill a cavity) we headed outside to wait for our food and over heard the kids discuss whether we added money into their “tip jar” as they begin to prepare our food!! I always like trying new places locally and typically look at these reviews to get an idea of what a place is like. However, reading some of the nasty replies from the owner of this establishment to unsatisfied customers is quite a turn off. It speaks volumes about a lack of professionalism and warns me NOT to support a business owner with such a hostile attitude. We get it, owning a small business is NOT easy, and sure you're entitled to a bad day on occasion. But there is a better way to handle negative feedback; being snarky and rude is possibly the worst way....
