I visited this BK with hopes of ordering a Whopper meal and one of their new wraps. After waiting twenty minutes, I talked to the attendant (which was the assistant manager) about why I didn't get my food back. He mentioned that he called my name five times, to which multiple customers testified that they didn't call my name (Mike). They showed me that they put my food in a bag, even though I ordered dine-in. After some confrontational attitude from the assistant manager, I accepted my food on a tray. They didn't add fries, so they did. We realized that the food was cold, and my mother asked if they could remake the food, because we didn't order cold food. They demanded that we give them all of our food back, and the receipt, so they could remake the order. We complied. After we brought the food back, we waited for some time.
Stephanie came later and gave us some money, which she mentioned was a refund (which we didn't ask for), and telling us that the refund was because we were rude the assistant manager. We were not rude, and tried to relay to the manager that they didn't call our name. A customer who was also waiting mentioned they didn't hear my name being called either. Naturally they either didn't call my name or called another person's name. We thought they were making new food for us because of the order discrepancy.
We ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes. After asking them about the food, Stephanie told us that they didn't care about us, that they gave us a refund. I asked them what the name on our order was, and they couldn't provide us with an answer. Multiple witnesses also mentioned that they didn't call my name. They wanted us to leave. We did end up leaving and did not receive any of our order.
One patron came to us afterwards and comforted us, assuring us that we were neglected in customer service due to the staff and service. They also confronted the managers and received a similarly harsh response. We often frequent the location in Cranston, and have never had that problem. I'm afraid to go back now because of the hostility of the managers and the poor service. The hostility was scary, and I can't see either me or any of my family going back to that location again. Manager was not happy about it assumed he/she did not follow up the floor control and check list to ensure quality foods are fresh made and sorry costs the restaurant to remake and don’t forget the consumers needs to estacy the food and worth inflation price

Crew mopping the floor at 5:00 pm begin of dinner time and mopping around consumers while they are eating in dinning room
Upfront to the manager about crew mopping at wrong time and nodded on me. Return to table and crew mopped around my table twice. Then back to speak with manager
Guess what. Manager neglected the respective consumers to eat the dinning room. Why don’t the crew mop the floor with less consumer and rotten mouth back to me and told her that I would not eat the sandwich and not even offer remake I have to bring to the counter and asked for remake infornt of their employees guess what they remake and stalled more than bin storage of time and turn out to rubber and lack of fresh tasting and poor dressing by early requested
Manager need to retraining and put more sensitive with consumers

Read moreI came in to order food for takeout, and the girl who started to take my order took out her phone to answer a phone call right in front of me in the middle of me speaking to her. She then proceeded with the call and asked the other coworker that was next to her to take my order because she had to answer a phone call that could’ve waited until after taking my order. I paid for my food and even when to fill up my cup with a drink the other girl who took my order wasn’t paying attention when I was paying for my food and as I was leaving another coworker came to get me so that i can pay. I found it suspicious I looked at my bank account and they had taken the money I paid my food for. I showed her that they took the money out and she started giving me so much attitude and even raised her voice and sweared at me. I believe it was an assistant manger she kind of looked young to be a manager. I told them to keep the food because I wasn’t going to tolerate disrespect and went about my day. Never got a refund for the food the staff there was never paying attention. I spoke to one of the coworkers there though that was nice enough to explain everything to me when the other gurl couldn’t do that instead she came at me sideways and gave me attitude when I was being so nice to her.
