Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! The manager there is very condescending.I bought a printer there two years ago I also bought their warranty that they said is a swap out if something goes wrong. went there today two years after with my 4 year warranty papers and he said staples doesn't deal or sell this warranty company any longer and I will need to do down the rabbit hole of calling the 1-800 number. Worst customer service ever. I will never step foot in that door again. being in the service business I know what customer service is! They really need to get it together after spending thousands with staples over the years they lost all my business. For What? 200.00 that's what this is all about. Read moreI went to the Staples store in Cranston today to ship a box UPS..it was a 50 lb 4’ box.. I lugged it out of my car myself and put on a hand truck and wheeled it in..to be told it was too big for one UPS driver to ship?? I took it in with a hand truck.. I went there last week to see if I could schedule a pick up and give them the dimensions and weight of the box, can’t do that either..last week I asked the manager if they took printers that weren’t working , and he said yes, you get a $30 gift certificate.. so I brought that in too..he said we don’t give gift certificates, it would be $30 off another printer.. I know what I heard because I couldn’t make it up..so it was a no win day..not bothering with the place anymore because I was told to bring the box in to ship..lots of miscommunication and effort on...

He doesn’t have any efficient customer service skills at all. The crazy thing is that my cousin had a similar experience and after I described the guy, she said it had to be him she dealt with and her experience was at a different location so he must have gotten transferred from South Bay because of his nasty attitude.
