My fiancé and I went here for the first time today and had an amazing experience.

Location: Easy on, easy off Rt. 37 in Chapel Hill next Cold Stone in the plaza. Black store sign above.

Ambiance: All merchandise was neatly organized and placed. It was easy to view shoes and apparel. Everything was clean, brightly lit, and they had a floor length mirror to view yourself sporting your new shoes. It was an intimate business and the care their representatives showed the customers was impeccable and personalized.

Customer Service: The men working today were phenomenal. They were extremely knowledgeable of all the products they had and were experts in their field. They knew all the styles and brands, and gave amazing prices/competitive/fair prices. They were more than accommodating and resourceful for any needs/requests/questions we had.

All in all, my fiancé and I each left with some new shoes and would HIGHLY recommend their business and expertise. They are very active on social media with the latest merch and deals. The caliber of service, detail, and care was excellent.

I purchased an essential sweater at this store for over $200. My daughter put the sweater on and we noticed the entire left shoulder seam was defected. When I called the store, I explained all I was looking for was an even exchange or merchandise credit. I was told I had to send a message to the owner on instagram, so that is exactly what I did. The owner writes back and tells me he has no involvement with the quality control of their merchandise. I think as an owner of the store you should back up all of the merchandise your selling to your customers. Basically he does not offer refunds...

Went to cold stone for ice cream, and saw a sneaker store next door, figured I would check it out. I ended up buying some Jordan 4’s black canvas, they charged me 470. Went home saw they were 370 on stock x. plus shipping it was about 400, and other places as low as 370 shipped. I’m all about supporting local business but 100 tax on some shoes because I can walk in is comical. Also the staff that helped me was rude. ...
