Subway — Restaurant in Cranston

Best subway around! I drive past two subways to get to this location the girls who work there are so friendly and I’ve become a regular that we have conversations about their kids, my family & other topics I never feel rushed out the door, food is always fresh & the store is so clean.. I’ve read some past reviews from previous years and from my understanding they are under new owner ship also a few complaints about the hours or operations.. why would you order a sandwich 20 minutes before a store closes or first thing 8am sharp? You don’t know we are all humans traffic is a real thing, people have family emergencies and have to close early stop complaining over things that are some times out of our control just Miserable and bored...

I’ve never seen lazier people behind counter. One girl bounced back and forth never finishing a task. Taking payment and then making a tuna for someone while never changing gloves. I overheard one girl being her second day, and I give her the pass, she was the only one hustling. I was amazed at how Poorly the other two ladies treated her as they were awful themselves. I then returned to job site to realize that my two footling meatballs were ice cold. I ordered them because I figured, how can they mess this up. 25 minutes in store with no one in it. Absolute s... show. I won’t return to this, or any Subway in...

Went in here to get a sandwich. There was long line so thought I would use the bathroom while I waited. I came out of the bathroom and got back into line. The worker did not say anything to me. I waited in line for about a half hour. When it was my turn the person told me she couldnt “serve me.” Because i “broke covid policy” by using the bathroom. The bathroom wasnt clean anyways so I’m not sure why this matters. I walked out. Would hardly call what they are doing “serving people” there food is barely edible and for their “covid policies” this place is dirty....
