Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cranston

Awful. The staff are rude, they cannot handle when it is busy, and they treat each customer like they are an inconvenience. The point of Dunkin is to get drinks and food, and the staff make it seem like you’re awful for wanting it? And it’s even worse if they your order wrong (which they will). When you want it corrected, they act like you’re the unreasonable one. Would not recommend going here. Would not recommend ordering from here on DoorDash or any other food delivery services, either. If you’ve reported an order as incorrect through the services before so you can get your money back, which you have to do EVERY time you order, they’ll stop fulfilling your orders in the future. The manager will read the reviews and remember your name and literally instruct the staff not to fulfill an order. As if the customer is in the wrong for wanting what they pay for to be correct? Ridiculous and unacceptable. That Dunkin store is so poorly staffed and managed, it is a shame to see them representing the brand Dunkin at all. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with cream and paid. As I was waiting I noticed only 2 employees on duty. Girl taking orders and guy preparing them. Guy served a woman who ordered after me and had not served me yet. He was also taking a ridiculously long time to prepare the orders. I even heard him openly admit to it being his first day to another customer. He then tells me he can't put cream in the latte. The manager comes out and explained to me it was against their system to cream in the latte. I think to myself, "SINCE WHEN?!!!" At that point my blood boiled and I asked for my money back. Thankfully I got it back. I then said, "Never coming here again." As I was leaving I warned a woman who was going in, "Terrible service." She asked, "yeah?" and I nodded. I went to the one on Elwood Ave instead. Service there was MUCH better. Go there...

Very rude and disrespectful. The card machine was being worked on. I only had credit card. I come in every morning for coffee. I said just give me the coffee and I'll pay you in the morning. The girl looked at me like garbage and said I can't do that and started mumbling under her breath. I will be going to reservoir Ave from today on.
