10/4/2025 at 2PM I got a sandwich from one of your employees. He was all by himself and was the slowest subway worker I've ever seen. He took 30 minutes to make my sub while making a sandwich on pace at 10 minutes per sandwich. I am a delivery driver for a company in the area and was clearly in a rush and he took his sweet time talking to customers in the store instead of making the sandwiches for the online order in front of him. When I actually got my sandwich I realized it wasn't even cut in half and didn't get my double american cheese despite being charged for it. I also presented my student ID and didn't get my discount. When I actually got the chance to eat my sandwich the bread was really stale and hard the chew on since it was just left out in the open the entire time. It would've been actually better to drive to my local subway on Freeborne St since it would've been faster to get and have a higher quality. If I could I wouldn't have given a star. I didn't give the person inside a tip because he ruined my lunch and hurt my delivery times costing me a lot of money. Read moreI arrived 10 minutes before the store closed. Doors weren’t locked and lights where on so I walked in. The night worker immediately started huffing and puffing and even sucking his teeth so loudly. When I asked him if everything was ok he responded by telling me no because he is almost about to close and he’s starting to take everything apart and clean and basically because I walked in now he’s pissed! If the store closes at a certain time why should I be treated like that for only walking in. Let’s just say I wasn’t able to get my food due to the employees horrible attitude. There are other Subway restaurants nearby that are still offering specials because they want to keep regular customers. Also, New management doesn't even tell employees that he has cancelled specials so they look foolish when he comes out and corrects them in front of customers. No more napkins either unless you ask.
