I usually dont bother with negative reviews... BUT this is the THIRD time, and last where, acording to their website, our food has been done for OVER 45min... and we still dont have our order.. its "out for delevery"..oh, and we live literally 3.5 min away.. counting going out starting the car and backing out of driveway driv9ng to the location and opening their door...3.5 min... And when you call to ask whats up, the manager tries act like its perfectly normal, and tries to brush you off with"what do you want me to do about it" attitude they dos say they would re do our order... they didnt OFFER to.. but wed be behind the orders that already came in.. again... and we FINALLY got him to refund our money....again, he didnt OFFER to.. and we had to go up there to get a recipt for the refund since we used our card... when we arrived the "manager"server 1582" lol.. . actually ripped the recipt out of the register and SLAMMED it on the counter in front of my wife... WE NEVER not once had this problem with Marco's.. not once... Dominoes weve had this same issue 3 times out of 4 orders from them over about 18 months. The one time we got it on time the food was good. Not great but good... the First late order we took, the cheese had re solidified.. and it was cold and the crispy crust was soggy.. the second one the food waa remade... and it was cold and looked lile it had been thrown in the trunk while it was still hot... this time had to pry a refund out ouf the manager... So no... i will not and would not recomend this place not even to someone i dont like. (And no i dont use pizzahut because i just dont care for all the garlic they put on stuff.... which is the ONLY reason ive used, or TRIED to...
