Greek's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

They let the phone go to an Automated service b4 you can speak to anyone 🙄 so I just drove down bc I didn't get an answer the phone😏 as we walked in the girl at the register didn't even get up out of her chair she had pulled to the register to say "welcome in" 🙄😭 as we entered the establishment she took our orders from her chair she a had sitting in from of it 👎 we told her it was our 1st time there we travel cross country she didn't explain three menu till I placed my order & why they didn't sell Calzones she goes in to tell me that's what the shells are 😭😭😭 I thought they where pasta shells over all it was pricey for that kind of experience my 1 & last time there now I travel cross country with my job and stay in different states for 3 months at a time eat out weekly & rate all Experiences and food on Google so other people may be able to enjoy the same place the pizza was good we got two pizzas and a meat ball sub the sub was very small for 10& the XL pizza was good the LG pizza was good I guess it was more about the experience that was a real Disappointment we don't mind paying good money but when u do that u want the over 10...

My husband is a huge pizza lover. So much so that every place we have ever vacationed he HAS to stop to try the local pizza. Unfortunately, for medical reasons, I have to eat low carb meals; which often times limits where we can eat out especially in Crawfordsville. Many restaurants get upset if you bring in any outside food (even though they do not offer any low carb options.) Recently, I saw a post on FB showing the Chicken Bacon Club sandwich. I didn't realize they even offered this type of sandwich so I went online to check out the menu. I was pleased to see a variety of items available (even though there wasn't many low carb options). I decided I would bring some cottage cheese (can't eat chips) and my own low carb bread and order the chicken, bacon club (with no bread) then I would just add it to my bread. We asked the waitress if it was OK and she said yes so, we went ahead and ordered. Glad we gave it a try. The food was delicious! The waitress was very nice and did a great job. Took my online order, confirmed it, never delivered it, promised a refund, and I'm still out $70. Never again.

Ordered at 5:17pm on November 18th. Order was confirmed by the store with delivery window between 6:32pm and 6:47pm on November 18th. Called the store at 7:19pm on November 18th, as my order had not arrived and we were 30 minutes past the stated delivery window. The man I spoke to, who identified himself as the owner, offered 3 options. They could either make my food and I could pick it up, they could make it and deliver it but it's going to be "real late", or they could cancel the order and issue a refund.

They hadn't even made my food yet, 2+ hours after ordering, and I had to call them to find that out.

I chose refund, and the man I spoke with asked for my last name and told me he would process a cancellation/refund.

It's November 26th, and I still have a charge on my credit card for $70.46, with no refund issued.
