I donāt even know where to start. We have had so many issues each time weāve ate here and this is the fourth and final time. We assumed that since there was a grand reopening that sufficient positive changes had been made to improve service and product. We were wrong. When we entered there was a gentleman customer requesting his receipt and the male employee was shouting rudely at the customer that he needed to keep the receipt due to the refund the customer, again he insisted to have a copy of his receipt to do the feedback survey. The cashier made it very clear sure that we knew this was her first day, she was just winging it, and also made sure to mention other customers had been complaining about the cole slaw. My son and husband said why not we will try it. We got drinks and two of the three were incorrect and when I took them to the counter she knew they were incorrect. Then, 30 minutes later our order was brought to us. The order was over cooked and wrong. My husband was missing fish and his chicken pieces actually they were the size of chicken nuggets from McDonaldās then they us they added an extra chicken since they were so small. The fish was brought to him and it got so much worse after that!!! The, Iām assuming, manager since he was the one arguing about the first gentleman about the receipt, was taking food to curbside customers and made sure to let everyone know he was almost to the point of walking out. The cashier was sharing loads of personal information. I have a medical device for my heart on my chest she tapped it and asked what it was for. I explained it is for my heart and she proceeded to tell me about her personal medical problems. While eating an older gentleman customer made a to go order and while he was waiting a man about 35 walked in complaining about not getting his order correct. He was so obviously intoxicated some how. The manager apologized and the man stated to tell him he wanted his fish and then said he was a previous employee and was head cashier when everything āblew upā. The intoxicated man pushed past the customer waiting for his order and WENT BEHIND THE COUNTER!! I have never been quite as nervous as I was in that moment I knew we were about to get robbed!!!! The man walked past my field of vision and was talking to the employees about what I donāt know I couldnāt hear him as he was behind the half wall beside the register. He was using foul language and when he came from behind the counter to the front and the manager said he canāt do that and to watch his language. As the man was walking out he told the manager to let the boss know he said hi and that he was the one that he went with to see josh. Then as he was walking out he said Anthony thatās my name Anthony. We requested boxes as soon as he walked out and hurried to do the same as the uncomfortable atmosphere was way too much. As we were getting in our vehicle to leave the older oooooo gentleman customer present when the intoxocated man was there was walking again to the front door with his boxes of food open and seemed to be very displeased. 4 people total complained from the second we walked in the the moment we walked out. This is the final time we will be visiting any LJS establishment as the service was horrible and after paying $30 for a fast food meal I expected quality service and product, however that was not the case at all!! If this is the improved version of your restaurant, then maybe itās time to throw in the towel. The horrible food, service and prices are so unbelievably ridiculously over priced and not worth the circus you walk into. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas very disappointed they got my order completely wrong my fault for not checking it but I asked the young man at the window as he handed it out if everything was in there and he said yes as there was nobody in front of me ordered or nobody behind me when I ordered I figured it was spent over $48 drove all the way home which is 15 mi south of Crawfordsville carry the three bags in and it's not the right food at all I had ordered two chicken and mores with two pieces of extra chicken planks each coleslaw and fries , shrimp meal and I assumed it was all in there because I saw two boxes well I was wrong so then I tried calling they would not answer the phone at all had to make the drive all the way back to Crawfordsville told them at the drive-up speaker that my order was not right and that I had drove and everything and wanted it replaced with the right meal wasn't even given an apology when I told them nobody was answering the phone they said they normally do not answer the phone because there's only two of them working I don't care if there's only one working that's what that phone's there for for customers to call in to place an order or in my case when an order was not made right to let them know I really did not want to drive back into town especially with that storm that was coming in but I did because for $48 I wanted the right meal. I will return there because I do like the chicken and more meals but believe me from now on before I pull away from that drive-thru window I will check every single item and it's my fault for not checking but I'm sorry if there's people behind me the next time I'm in line you're going to sit there until I make sure my $48 is in there just next time people answer the phone you never know it might be somebody that did get an order that...

So do to "understaffing" on their part the service this establishment offers is horrible. They are in no hurry. The only available option is to endure their drive thru. So this last time I ordered a fish and more plus a fish/chicken platter. 4 and 12 on their menu I do believe. I had to repeat my simple order 2 times to this girl. My total should have been around $20ish. When I got to the window she tried charging $30+. I asked her to repeat my order again and sure enough it was so wrong. Oh did I mention the aspiration and eye roll when I told her it was wrong. So I waited 10 minutes... at least for my food. When I got it, something told me to check it. Sure enough, the girl gave me to fish and mores. š¤¦āāļø At this point, I didn't I politely told her she still didn't get my order right. 10 minutes later her comes my "right" order. Ok, food wise, the hush puppies were great (bout the only thing that tasted good) The breading on both the chicken and fish was disgusting. I can't even describe the taste. Did they change the recipe? If they did they need to go back. I was so worried that my chicken wasn't done all the way that I had to carefully watch every bite. I don't live far from this store, so when I tell you it takes less than 3 minutes to get home I mean it. My fries, lord they were cold. Tasted like they sat in a pool of oil and was cooked by a heat lamp. And the slaw, just plain yuck. I don't recommend anyone going to this establishment.
