McDonald's — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

Bad service and the manager Rachel has an attitude I overheard her making fun of the obese customers there and personally found her comments to be distasteful and the store was dirty and that was as a customer I worked there about a year ago and the store was horrible the back was dirty and they dont follow proper procedure to keep the cross contamination between uncooked meat and the food they make for the customers I saw a fellow co worker leave on the glove he just put donw raw quarter meat with and make a customers food I also saw countless times employees not change gloves between raw chicken and the food they serve to the customers the managers there except about 2 are corrupt they have done illegal things with underage girls and have used drugs while working and they have much more going on overall a bad establishment that needs the entire...

I was extremely impressed by the interaction I had at the drive Thru on Sunday October 17th at 3:55pm. The young gentleman taking my order was in such a cheerful mood, it made the boring process of ordering McDonald’s a really engaging experience, the employee was telling me about how good the limited edition pumpkin pie was. I would I have never ordered the pumpkin pie if I hadn’t been sold on it by how well this employee described it, he made me want the pie! I was in shock after my first bite, the pumpkin pie had some whip cream in it, it was all the right mixture and temperature.

Who ever took this order for me, you have a genuine salesman skill, keep up the great work my guy!

terrible service. My family and I went on Saturday March 25 and we requested the service through the drive thru My English is not very good and my 6-year-old daughter does not speak English, so I have to translate for my daughter. My boyfriend speaks English and he was the one who ordered the order.The person who served us, once he finished taking our order, he forgot to turn off the microphone and there was him talking to another employee and referring to us as "retards."Very unprofessional on the part of the employees there was the customer. I wrote my complaint on the website but they have not answered me.The person who served us didn't want to come out and offer us an apology, so we had to drive to the next MacDonald's to get food for...
