They said their card reader was down so they could only take cash when I got to the window. They refused to take my hundred dollar bill. I do not have any smaller bills as I normally use the card for everything and the hundred dollar bill is just something I’ve tucked away for emergencies. I told them I come here three times a week. They have a choice. If I leave with my food, I will be happy if I leave without it I will never return. The manager came to the window and said there was nothing he could do. I told him he had three options make my card work, take my cash, or give me the meal for free. I don’t care which one but the fourth option is let me leave and never return he said have a nice life. I had my wife with me and she was patronized at the counter because she was having a hard time understanding the menu. We sat in your eating area and noticed we were being watched with security cameras. As we were tried to enjoy the atmosphere, the employees, with not much more to do, felt it was necessary to trash talk other employees that were not working with them at the time. With your recent remodel, I would have expected to be able to use my Samsung pay from my phone to purchase my meal. My husband asked a question about our menu item and she was rude. A manager stepped in to answer his question, my husband ordered 3 of the new chocolate swirl, the cashier said we don't have chocolate swirl!! According to the picture he said what is that? The obvious choice between caramel strawberry and what look like chocolate! She said that's brownie!!! She was DOWN RIGHT RUDE.No smiles whatsoever.
