Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Crest Hill

Not happy with this place at all just because people want off work 30 mins early they won't answer there phone and when I did get there a customer behind me asked if he could order a pizza and the employees just stood there ignoring the customer the customer left after 10 mins of watching the employees not do anything .One of the employees had to tell the other employee to get a cup off marinade sauce cuz the employee didn't want to serve any more and when the other employee told the employee to get the cup off sauce he rolled his eyes with attitude as he did his job that he's payed for if it was me as manager employee would have been fired and a big ass chewing for not doing there job.employees need to realize that when the clock is running to do there job that a half hour of not doing there job is causing the business to lose money that someone has worked hard...

Worked at this location from November of 2020 to June of 2021, work environment was just like any other food service job. Had a coworker threaten me for catching him looking at order tips that were not ready yet, no action was taken immediately, was moved to a different store location after some time. Clarissa( the gm) gives attitude to anyone who brings up a problem at the store, was constantly told I was leaving work early multiple times a week when I left early once or twice in the span of 2 weeks. I only worked 4 out of the week and was cut a day of work for no reason, asked for a reason and was told they heard it from someone that I wanted an extra day off. I did not tell her to cut my days but it was done anyway. Definitely DO NOT work here!!! Upper management above gm doesn't care...

Bad customer service I called around 10pm and they said that the wait was going to be 2 hours and a half if I still wanted the pizza and I said yes because I had first called and said “no we don’t deliver” so I knew they were just being lazy so they took my order and said okay are you going to wait two hours and I said yes. So that was that, and they called at 11:00 and said just to confirm the wait is two hours if I still wanted to wait and I finally said that I just wanted to see if they’d actually delivered and I come to Find out they close at 12 on Thursday’s which is why they kept making the excuse of the wait being two hours ? SO THAT THEY CAN LEAVE ON TIME FROM THEIR SHIFT! Like if you don’t like your job don’t work at all. LAZY EMPLOYEES I don’t recommend this...
