Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Crestview Hills

I'll admit that it has been years since I have eaten there and still will never go back again. My wife and I ate there regularly and they had a rewards card at one time that would be marked (punched out) for every meal we purchased. Once the card was completely used, we were eligible for a free meal.

The second to last time we went there we had a fully used card and when I went to use it, they said it was no longer valid and that they discontinued the use of the card. I told them they still should honor this card at the time, because it was fully used from our previous visit just two weeks prior, and they refused stating it was discontinued. We just threw away the card, paid for our food and went on.

Well three weeks later we ordered in and when we got to paying for the food, the cashier ask if we wanted a rewards card to use to count for free meals when full. I brought up the fact that I had that exact rewards card just a few weeks prior fully marked and that the program was discontinued. The cashier stated that they brought it back over a week before. But they didn't care that the same could have been used.

I told them they should honor my previous card and what happened. But since I didn't have it any longer, there was nothing they could do. The $17 worth of food that we ordered was left there as we walked out....

Overall it was a pretty good experience. Wound up ordering a beef bowel with cheese and a few other toppings and a side of chips for dipping.

There was no wait, the staff was quick and friendly, It was not noisy nor too crowded. The Food tasted fresh, had flavor, and was decent portion size. Had standard soft drinks plus flavored teas for beverages.

They had something called a salsa bar. The salsa bar added to the atmosphere and It had a few different types of delicious salsa. It made you feel like you're welcome to get as much salsa as you like without having to pester the counter workers for it. What that said it did seem to be a bit redundant as you can just as ask the workers a side of salsa as they made you food.

Overall I'm very happy with my experience. I went with the old friend/workout league, and we had a good meal while discussing work and life. Will likely dine there again in the near future.

The only downside is it is slightly pricey but not as bad as some...

I had never ate here before so decided to try it. I will have to say idk if I’ll be going back or at least not using app. I ordered what I thought was a simple order on the app a steak nacho which tasted good but had stuff I did not order in it and a kids ground beef quesadilla which I ended up with a chicken burrito no cookie and had to go back for my daughters milk. The cashier was a young lady and was very friendly and they were busy so I understand to an extent but considering my daughters meal was nothing close to what she ordered I am pretty disappointed in the experience. The food was delicious though (I just picked out the stuff I didn’t want in my nachos and wish I had the queso I had requested on them). My daughters food did go to trash as she is only 2 and sometimes picky on what she will eat. I will have to try again and see if ordering in store makes...
