Arby's — Restaurant in Crestview

Rude and Unprofessional!! I haven't eaten at Arby's in years, however I have seen their advertisement with the fish and fries in a boat container and I wanted to try it. Not familiar with their menu, I told the person what I was looking to get. They asked me if I wanted 2 pieces, 5 pieces or did I want a meal. Feeling stupid that I am not sure they are understanding what advertisement I'm talking about, I ask are we talking about the fish n Fries advertised together on TV? A woman comes on VERY Loud, Sharp and Rude... She Snaps at me "Ma'am What do you Want 2 piece, 5 piece a meal what you want?" I started to tell her and she abruptly cut me off and said "I know what you're asking, I can hear you, I have been listening, What do you want?" I asked her name and she snapped back Vanessa! I asked if the manager was available and she replied with a very sarcastic tone... "I am the manager!" I told her that she just lost a customer. It's not like they were busy, there wasn't a car in front of me nor behind me. I try to be more patient these days with understaffed and overworked folks, but I refuse to pay to be disrespected! It's not always What you say or do... It's How you say and do it that matters. When I called today to talk with a general manager I found out She is the General manager 😳 It's no wonder why some young folks don't appreciate or respect other's when upper management is Teaching these...

The workers there who makes the burgers are terrible at making them. It's like they don't even try to put it together correctly and just rush them out the door. The way they package the burger is horrible, they barely put any food into the burgers, very little meat does not even come close to what the picture of the burgers supposed to look, and the way they make the burger is soo sloppy, messy, and poorly wrapped. The workers are awful at customer service, I had to yell through the drive-through to get their attention after they handed my food. Instead, I got no response and the person just walked away after I kept calling them. All I wanted was extra napkins, but they don't even care or take the additional time to see what I wanted after they handed me my food, they pretend to walk away, so shameful and awful, they deserve they get replaced or fired, the way they acted. Very nice staff, fast service and good food!

The dining room was open again so we came in to use some of the coupons that would otherwise expire today. The nice manager told us not to worry about the expiration date - they would still accept it if it had their name on it. Then we ordered and she made sure to get our order out as good and fast as possible. My greek gyros and my husbands sliders were as delicious as the times before and I was very happy about the new sweet potato waffle fries!

For someone who has a bad MSG, Red 40 and Sodium Alginate food allergy and a problem with histamin - I never had any problems after eating at Arby's. My husband and I are very glad to have this good and save food source for me whenever we are on the road or not in the mood to cook at home. Highly appreciated and we will definitely be back!
