I asked for for a large chow mein. Which was made. I then asked for 4 spring rolls, "being that I am vegan!" With a sweet tea!" The worker Leticia then took the cream cheese lagoon or whatever those things are called tongs, and grabbed my veggie. "I politely said, "Ms. that veggie roll have cheese on it!" She then threw them all back in the bowl they were being held in with an, and said she's going to have to help you! Feel free to look up the video and audio now as it just happened - if available!" Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience that wasn't caused for - at all! Terrible customer service quality!

Then as I asked was she alright, because I was aggravated, and addressed her misconduct as a customer service worker, the manager came up and yelled at me as if I was a child and not a 38 years of age man (which I may not look, but that's neither here nor there) I then told her you give respect to get respect, and they both humbled down knowing they were completely wrong within, but I could not let this go without notice. First off! My family is the biggest Panda fansWe ordered DoorDash on a Sunday niteit came a complete mess. All our food was filled with water I guess for weight. I called an Adrianna was so nice n helpful offering to replace our food. I drove there 2 days later right when they opened up. The mean Asian lady made us wait and gave the food that came out to othersmade us sit there n waitignoring us an giving us bad looks. Adrianna walked over n saw the mushroom chicken was pretty much gone , so she told us some fresh was coming soon. We were waiting for fresh for our a la cart n plate, and that mean lady walked over and scraped the leftoversmainly gravy and not even full and gave that to us. Just ordered again plate n a la cart door dashed itmy a la cart was full of under cooked black pepper chicken it was mainly huge chunks of raw onions old chicken mixed w/ new under cooked chicken. If I can give this place a word, it would be Just “meh”. This city has been springing up fast food chains here faster than the road work can handle. For all the hype this place had, and it was built really quick, it does not live up to all the talk. I could of just ate this type of food at a run down mall.

This is your typical Panda Express you can find anywhere, with high prices you would expect to spend in a normal big city. The food is the basic fare of Fast food Chinese options, but the “Beef & Broccoli” should just be called “Broccoli with a lot of juice and a couple of pieces of beef”. Also stay away from the family meals, because they are extremely expenses, and you could get the same amount of food for less at the other local Chinese food restaurants.

I was extremely disappointed that they could not have made a better effort in the quality, but maybe it’s because they just expect people to pay for mediocre food and not complain. I honestly will choose a local Chinese food location over this any day. At least they give you a decent deal.

My advice, just stay away unless you are stranded directly in front of this location, extremely hungry, and are waiting for a tow truck to come, and...
