I called the local number listed and ordered through an automatic system. The system even stated my order was for my area and quoted my last to go order then asked if I wanted to reorder my last order. The automated system claimed my order wouldn’t be ready for pick up for an hour and 20 minutes. When I pulled into the drive thru and asked why the employee said more than once that they were not so busy it would take an hour and 20 minutes to make my order (which was a $40 order) but they could not find this order I called in more than 10 minutes before. I said ok well this is what I ordered (quoting my order) and asked for it to be made. They had to “ask” their manager if it was ok. Then they came back and said they double checked and my order didn’t come through and they could not make it for me. I said let me get this straight….I can park my car right now and walk inside and you will take my to go order immediately. The employee agreed. Then I said, but You won’t retake my order at the drive thru? He said correct because this is not a drive thru, but a pick up window. I said, but I did call in my order, that you cannot find..Btw there is the number on the drive thru window that I literally could have called while staring at the employee and reordered my food to go… they wanted to be extra ridiculous in my opinion. I made a complaint on my local Facebook. To which an employee commented that the order was later found had been sent to a city in Kentucky under the same name as ours so it was your system error that caused the problem to begin with but your employees and management wouldn’t help expedite my order via drive thru because they didn’t receive it on their end. I ended up having to order pizza for dinner instead and you lost out...

A lovely new place in little ole' Crestview I'll be returning and amending my rating should the new things I try be better than what I had at my first visit. I reccomend this deli over Panera hands down. However be wary that it is opening month, and the quality may deterioate after the corporate help dissapears.
I ordered Coke, a choose 2 of French Dip and the Fire Roasted Vegetable Soup. Cost me $11.08, the soup was Tasty for a place like this, tastier than Panera's soups even if the portions seemed a little small. Perhaps the my it was served in just didn't lie to me like those large shallow bowls. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they offered insanely fast service, I barely had time to sit before my food came out.
The biggest downside is the dip of my French dip tasted very poorly made and watered down. Probably made from a powder whcih would explain it, if it isn't made from a powder then the chefs need some more practice.
I'll be back, I'll bring my SO and update the review if it...
Read moreI/we had ONE visit to McAlisters. Ordered a BLT+A (avocado). When we received it, I instantly disliked the spread used on the sandwich. (they do not use mayo, the have a garlic, herb aioli, instead) soon we both noticed, there was NO avocado on the sandwich. I advised the woman that I ordered from that there was no avocado she said she would get the manager. After a few minutes the manager came to our table and we let her know that there was no avocado on our sandwich and that we were rather surprised about the about there being no mayonnaise on the sandwich and that we did NOT like the spread that was on it. She says, well that's odd cuz everybody loves that spread. It is one of our most popular sandwiches..the BLT & A.. I looked right at her and I said "here is one of the problems, there is no "A" on the sandwich, and personally, that "garlic/herb" sauce was NASTY", imho. Then she just walked away and we walked out. Will...
