Good morning, I will start with the fact that since this location opened it has quickly become my favorite. My caramel Ribbon Crunch is always amazing from her and generally I have nothing but the best experience. The opportunity that I ran into this morning with a young lady named Elle was a new one for me and caught me off guard. No one at this location has ever asked me not to smoke in their drive thru. If they had asked I would have politely refrained. However, this morning I was informed that I had been told several times not to (I haven’t) and I was also informed that I would not be served the next time I did. As a Gm of food service I usually refrain from leaving poor reviews. Everyone has bad days and working with the public is not easy. I just felt that you should know that approaching customers with a certain attitude is not always what is needed. Why not ask if someone has said anything to me about it instead of threatening me with no service? Just curious is all. Read moreHad the worse customer service experience from a caucasian lady with blonde hair. She couldn’t figure out how to make a frappe. I’m not a picky person but the frappe was practically liquid, I asked if they could remake it and they made it the same exact way.
The lady previously mentioned made it both of the times, she was extremely rude about it. I came in and was explaining the drink order. I told her that I want it made normally just without whipped cream, and extra crunchies on the side. She kept trying to say that it’s liquidy because of the extra crunchies, which wouldn’t make sense because I’m asking for them on the side.
After she remade the drink a second time and it was just as liquidy, I asked for a refund. There was someone different working the registrar but she was still in hearing distance. The cashier was amazing, he helped me and was very nice and patient with me. The lady overheard me asking for a refund and started complaining that she had already made it twice, she wouldn’t stop mentioning that she already had to make it twice.

I've hired an attorney and Im in process of a major lawsuit against the manager district manager and entire group of employees here and I hope to shut this store down permanently as I have a high profile attorney working on my case. In summary I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks as a professional business woman for over 17 years and I was never ever treated soo horrible as this store chose to harass me . They made up lies about me . Apparently they were planning to destroy my life I found out. Well once I get them all fired mayby they will regret hurting their best customer. I spent over 15 a day every day there. I never got a thank you. I was made to wait 45 min just to place my order.
