McDonald's — Restaurant in Crete

I go there all the time , a discrepancy on a coupon. First of all I fill it out ,bring it in tell them what I wanted get waited on take my coupon no problem. This time,it took them five or ten minutes before they waited on me. Gave them the coupon she rang it up went somewhere with the ticket , I said is there something wrong. She said theres a problem like what I replied. She went to her supervisor it's now 10 more min. They started talking in Spanish, and looking at me then looking at the ticket. I felt like a criminal. She comes back with the ticket the code is wrong there's not enough numbers. I said there's always seven numbers she implied that there only six numbers. I've been going there 8 yrs. We can't except the ticket. You want your food no I'll check it out I said. So I went to a table sat down went back to the site on my cell phone went through all the steps and got a new code number which was 7 numbers. I left it on my phone was aggravated now . Went to the counter . The girl didn't want to wait on me. I said get the manager, she came and took the ticket. I said I have proof the number is seven numbers. Look on my phone here's my proof. She said that's fine we can take this one. The whole experience was over 20 min. I'm usually in and out less than 5 min. I didn't especially care for them speaking in Spanish. When your in America you speak English especially at a fast food place. If I had been speaking in Spanish it probably wouldn't of bothered me. WHAT IS IT EXACTLY , FROM SPEAKING PERFECT ENGLISH AT THE COUNTER THEN SPEAKING IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE. I am not rude and I don't expect people to treat me that way. It will be awhile before I go in...

I live in close proximity of this McDonald's and my family and I used to love eating from here. At some point this place took a shift in the wrong direction and I CANNOT recommend this place anymore. In the past when you ordered from here you got hot fresh food, a smile on the server's face and an overall satisfaction from coming to eat here. Now you get warm food at best and the employees don't smile at all, I can live with that because we don't come for that but it's not a good feeling when you spend your money at an establishment these days and you get poor service. This McDonalds used to have the best and I do mean the best fries, well not anymore, they're always warm and hard. That is extremely disappointing. There is a young man that works in the mornings that takes your money at the first window and he doesn't like to open the window and extend his arm to give you your card or change back, it's extremely rude. But back to the food, everything used to be really good especially the fries. We were so happy to live in close proximity because it was really nice to be able to get fast food that was prepared fresh and hot. So in closing if you're in need of a quick bite and you're in the area, I'd suggest you find something else. I went here 7-14-21. Upon entering the drive thru line, there were only about two cars waiting so I thought it would be a quick trip. WRONG! Placed my order, got to the first window. I had to verify that there was no mustard on my burger. Got to the second window, I was asked to pull up. Before pulling to the “reserved parking” I again asked to make sure mustard was not on my sandwich. Got my order and sure enough there was mustard on it (after asking THREE times for there not to be). It was an issue but I wasn’t mad at this point. Went around the drive thru for the second time. Told them the issue, no real customer service during this time. Was simply told to pull by the door where I waited so long I had to go back around the drive thru line and ask for a refund. I sent 22 minutes there from initial order to the point of obtaining my refund receipt. The manger was visible twice during this situation, not once did he acknowledge me or what had taken place. I live 5 minutes away and I don’t plan on coming back here. The service is poor, the quality is below bare minimum.
