Well, for starters the cashier was a male and he charged us for 4 meals instead of 3. He add another chicken fajita plate. I asked my spouse how many plates did they order because it was 3 plates. He act as if it was an accident. If you start going on social media. You will see many people are warning you to get your receipt due to employees stealing from customers. I order enchiladas con queso all the way. It can with chilli on top. It was like a punishment for me realizing he charged us more money than we should be paying. I was kind even though he was full of mistakes or just plain does not care about his job. It was February 14, 2022 after 7PM. Then he saw me pull out money and hit the button for how much I pulled out. I was told by my spouse to use the card. He had already hit the cash button. I'm paying with card. He goes to go get help and then comes back saying can you just pay with the cash. We stated no. We was waiting and the customer behind me stated earlier today the machine messed up on me. I do not know what he was doing or is he new, but either he needs more training or needs to be fired. This behavior is unacceptable. I do not plan on ever eating at this place again. My enchiladas shell was hard. It was not cooked soft. My money was wasted in my opinion at this location. No wonder the place was not packed on the inside. The service is horrible. Thank you for your time. Have a...
Read moreAs a recent widow I find myself eating out more often than I ever have before. And with this new adventure I have found myself dissatisfied many times because the food doesn't taste as good as home...UNTIL I was introduced to Rosas's Cafe! OMG! The cuisine here is prepared as if I was making it at home myself. And I am not easy to please considering I was raised on Mexican Food made from scratch! However, it is not just the food that has created in me a "RAVING FAN," but the service is exceptional! I have had the repeated pleasure of being served through the window by Alandria and she delivers! She doesn't just hand me my food and rush me on, she visits, she engages, she greets with a smile, and she is extremely accommodating answering any questions I may have. Today I ordered a taco salad, which is not my norm, and I always get do Arbol salsas, however; today by her suggestion I tried the tomatillo and OMG, what a splendid, tasteful surprise. Normally tomatillo sauce is lacking, tasting mainly like vinegar; but again, this not the case for Rosa's Cafe! With the delectable entrées and delightful service I don't mind holding off for a bit longer cooking at home! Thank you Rosa's and thank YOU Alandria for making every experience enjoyable, and creating a returning RAVING FAN!...
