Burger King — Restaurant in Cross Roads

Embarrassing. I had gone in with forgiveness knowing it was the second day of business. I had waited a hour in the drive thru line, as to be expected for such a busy night. When I received my order, I was missing a item, as well as ALL of my sandwiches were incorrect. I went inside to get the items corrected and what I witnessed was A.) Only one cashier serving every customer in line.(which seemed counterintuitive because they should have known that it would be a busy night) B.) There were several employees either wearing their masks below the nose or not wearing one at all. Makes me feel unnerved thinking that the people serving their customers are not taking into account the safety of people around them. C.) I showed my receipt to the cashier who left with my bag to get my items fixed, meaning there was no cashier available to serve anyone until they fixed the problem. D.) It seemed as though every customer in the lobby was being ignored or receiving the wrong order. E.) When I got my bag back only one of my sandwiches was fixed even though I specified that ALL of my items were incorrect. I gave up after about an hour and a half waiting TOTAL. I would understand a long wait with all my items correct, but waiting a long time and still not getting the right items. I'm just disappointed. I hope to see some order and discipline brought to...

I have visited this location on 4 separate occasions. Each time the service was extremely slow and the food always cold. At first I chalked it up to a new restaurant with new staff as I have had my experiences in food service from the inside and can understand. After over a month in operations the problem still exists. Today there was literally 1 car ahead and none behind. I received my order of whopper, fries and a order of chicken fries. Unfortunately I only checked the fries they were cold. I asked for a replacement which was happily supplied. After I left drive thru I went next door to chick fil a for something for another passenger. Checked the rest the chick fries ICE COLD along with burger. I tried calling the store immediately and only got an answering machine. One can sit at the window waiting on your food and see most of the staff operating at a snails pace. Your drink is not ready to go like nearly everywhere else as they have to still make that (if they remember) while they stand there and wait for someone to bring them the order. I love BK and was super excited to have one close to home. Unfortunately I will OT be visiting this establishment again in this location. I hope someone reads this or at least let’s the owners know of the poor quality and lack...

Super clean and tidy. Food was fresh and great! Brought the whole family, kids had fun in the play area. Smelt great in there too.

Update 7/18 Came in and the manager and workers were great. Had a nice lunch with my daughter. Big shout out to Randy, bless him. He had to come back to work to pay for his hip replacement.

Update 7/19 Though I would come back and chill while waiting for my daughter's appointment to be done. Staff was nice enough, but needs to learn from the crew yesterday. The ice cream machine was down, the tables were dirty. Fries weren't salted. I asked for a single bbq with my meal and they wanted $.77 for one!?! Wow... Also, unlike yesterday, today I thought it was busy with all the vehicles in the parking lot. But as I am Leaving, there is only one family in the play area...so I assuming the workers are allowed to park up front?? Poor management in this shift for sure. Better training required. I can somewhat understand the attitude in this area, mainly because I see a lot of entitled individuals round here that are rude and inconsiderate. I'm gonna pray for these guys like I do them.
