I went through the drive through and they gave me incorrect sau es and by that time I had pulled off. Since I was still in the parking lot, I went inside to get the sauces I requested. As I am waiting in the line, I see an employee who seemed to be hispanic with black hair shaved on the sides with clear rimmed or lightly rimmed glasses, in an orange striped shirt who was gathering a customer's order. He literally ate some of the customer's fries and then closes the bag and passes it to the drive thru window. This is so unprofessional and unsanitary. Now, if I have a low amount of french fries, I will be asking if an employee ate some of them and that is why the fries are not full. A customer paid for the food for them to eat, not anyone else!! I did call and speak to someone who stated their name was Marcus and he is the manager at that location. I advised him of what took place and he was quite nonchalant about the situation and didn't ask for any details, which to me, is very strange. If I was managing a facility, especially a food chain, and someone was eating a paying customer's food, I would be all over it. How shocking to see something like this...

They are ALWAYS friendly and nice especially the guy that's usually at the front counter taking orders with the dark hair that comes to his neck. I forgot his name so excuse me. He's usually there after 4, so I've noticed. Anyways, I ordered online I came in to pick up my order he gave me the drinks first so I headed out to my car to put them in and before I could make it to my car, he was coming behind me with my food in his hands helping me put everything in my car. I was so pleased with his service I came back the next day and the next and next lol. They were so quick to get my order processed and ready just as quick as jimmy johns, freaky fast! I love the dining area it's clean and comfortable it gives you a nice feel. They have so many different sauces I had to try em all and to my surprise I fell in love with them all!!! I had to get extras to go. Only thing I don't agree with is that they're closed on Sundays. I be so mad lol I don't be wanting to eat no where else...

Our newest location of 380 by Kroger seems to be dumbfounded every time you request it. Twice we have gone through the drive-thru requesting No Bun - wrapped in lettuce and twice we have been given a non courteous response (we don't know how to do that or I don't think I can leave my post to find out). So, if you are looking for exceptional customer service with employees that will go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied... A courteous demeanor a happiness that shows when you walk through those doors or when you use the drive-thru, you can assure you will be welcomed in, greeted and appreciated... And best of all they know what they're doing.....DON'T USE THE NEW LOCATION...THEY ARE obviously still in Training.
