But a random convenience fee in at a restaurant that specializes in convenient take out is bad marketing and erodes goodwill.

Their prep times are very quick and efficient. Don't wait too long to secure your takeout, because it's usually waiting on you (not the other way around). Staff are friendly and prompt.

I have ordered the walnut shrimp, gen tso's chicken, combo fried rice, sweet/ sour pork, other entrees, and soups in the past. All the veggie ingredients are cooked perfectly (i.e., not to a stewed flaccid consistency) and fresh.

This is the best Chinese takeout in the area near the Hwy 380/ FM 720 intersection. They have survived the 2020 Covid gauntlet.

Google queries favor Panda Express farther west over Rice Pot on larger area searches.

FRAUD!! When you go to their online website, they have their menu posted for their 3 locations BUT the menu availability and prices vary by LOCATION, but you don't know this until after you recieved a total for way more than what you expected to pay for it.!! I just ordered from the Cross Roads location and the price for the BBQ Chick Stick states 1 for $1.99 BUT in this location it is 4 for $4.99. This is NOT what i ordered.. I order one for $1.99 but this price isn't for the crossroads location!! WHAT.. ARE YOU SERIOUS!! On top of that.. I asked for a lunch size but was charged a DINNER size. So to sum it up.. I was over charged for every dish order except one..and they don't serve the Chicken Pan Thai at this location, even though its on the online menu

The website doesn't give a DISCLAIMER that prices and availability vary by location. This place and company is a sham and isn't good anyway.. I would drive to little elm before I ate here EVER again! They need to be reported for false advertisement!! They better credit my money after they already charged me too much money...

I placed a order that contained the combination fried rice. Almost immediately after eating it everyone in my family who ate it was throwing up and nauseous. When I called the restaurant to get a refund the manager called me a liar claiming that she watched the rice being made and that she found nothing wrong with it. I know for a fact that the shrimp in the rice was not fresh and is what has my family sick. I also found it really unprofessional how the manager felt the need to call me and my family liars, claim that yesterdays customers were satisfied, and proceed to yell at my mother when we hadn't raised our voices at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The health department needs to do something about this place. I should have known not to complete my order when the person who took my order yelled at me for not giving them my card number fast enough, when the delivery driver was rude to me so I held my tip and they circled back to confront me, And now that the so called manager feels the need to give people food poisoning and yell at them for not...
