Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Cross Roads

I've had nothing but good experiences here until today. Between my wife and I being busy working we decided to door dash. Something we do very rarely. Our daughter as well as ourselves were hungry but had no time to come pick up food. We ordered a handful of things and I must say none of those things were pleasing. The worst part being the biriani tacos being soggy. The box literally had moisture rolling down to the tacos inside. We also paid for 6 sauces 4 ggs and 2 birria ranch. We received none of them. Annoyed that my daughters food was so bad she wouldn't eat i picked her up and paused work just to come get our food corrected. After explaining to the guy through the window he was extremely apologetic and said pull forward and we'll get this fixed. I added a burger to the order incase it happened again. Once we pull to the window is where the problem at the store happened again. The manager Mayra was nothing short of helpful and rather rude. Now I understand I didnt bring the soggy food with me but mind you I had a toddler yelling while I was also on the phone for work. She informed us we would not be getting the tacos even though we were just told through the window we would. I gave her a chance to fix this mistake but she stood her ground on a decision I as a buisness owner find rather poor. We then left with our food and once again noticed none of the 6 sauces were there yet again. Pulled back through, explained I was rather disappointed with the service and she just smiled with a smarky look threw my sauce in the bag and left it at that. For a while I thought the taco bell next door was the worst food in the area. It appears they have competition at this point. I now understand why this location has a rather poor Google rating. Wanted to grab a bite with the wife after work. We got there at 8:55pm and only one other table was occupied. Looked like they had already ordered and we're waiting. We ordered and got our drink then sat down. After about 10 minutes or so go by we start to wonder about what's taking so long. There was another couple guys that were at register and suddenly had bags of foods ready to go. That's when my wife walked up and asked about the status of our order. It was different guy then took our order but he clearly had no idea what our order was. My wife had to pretty much re-ordered again. We weren't given any explanation and only offered a free dessert. Upon hearing my wife ask the other 2 people who were also still waiting chimed up and stared they had waited over 40 minutes! It was clear they had completely forgotten the dining room. Suddenly about 9:15pm at this point we had our food. We ordered the munchies box with ultimate cheeseburger, halfsies fries, and 2 tacos. Our curly fries were fresh and delicious. However the regular fries were only really warm from the curly fries on top and were chewy. The burger was good- not really hot though. The tacos were a joke. One bag had 2 tacos with just meat and cheese and the other bag had one complete taco with the correct taco toppings. Overall very disappointing and no accountability from the...

I can give no stars I would definitely by far the worst service that I ever experienced in my life. Neither one of the workers could barely use English for one for two it took literally 20 minutes for them to take our order because they didn’t know what they were doing at the register, Then to top it off there was only two people working and it’s almost like they pre-made all the patties that morning because nobody was working the grill and I get a sample now and then while we were waiting for our food to cook there was no fries no chicken nuggets nothing dropped so he had to make all of that fresh while he did that he went ahead and made a burger that sat there for literally 30 minutes, getting cold while waiting on the other food before starting the other orders Then when he was done making our food, it still sat there for another 10 to 15 minutes before we asked for a refund because they were more worried about getting drive-through orders out the window instead of giving us our order then when I asked for a refund I was met with rude comments and I was not appreciate it. I will be calling corporate and making a corporate complaint. The store should be shut down, and the manager of the store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing only two...
