Giving 1 star so I can leave a review. We were in Crossville delivering a load, which means we are in a semi truck. Google info said dining in is allowed. No signs were posted that were seen by us indicating they were not allowing dining in. After waiting 10 minutes for the store to open, the doors remained locked but the drive thru was running. If we're not able to at least walk in to order our food we do not patronize that establishment. Google info does say take out is also being allowed. We don't fit through a drive thru. So, in summary I can't tell you how this Arby's was. The Bojangles across the street was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed being able to get out of our trucks and eat inside like regular people, not social misfits exiled to our little box. I recommend the cajun chicken breakfast biscuit. Was so good we went back to order a second!

If I could leave no stars I would! Worst Arby's I have EVER been to. The line took thirty mins to move inside and they messed up my order (forgot cheese on my beef and cheddar) then hands me a cheese cup to pour on my sandwich as a remedy 🤣wth! Then the cook kept coming into the lobby to give his girlfriend that was sitting in a booth free food every few mins! Horrible food and staff and just plain poor service! Pic of cup o' cheese sandwich and the girlfriend with free food sitting across from me🤬😡😤

This Arby's location is one of their best! I ate the Big Game Burger. It may seem expensive compared to other menu items, but that is a really good burger. The dark-cherry steak sauce combines perfectly with the trio of meats. As for service, the staff members are friendly and professional. They cooked my burger after I ordered, and they kept me informed during the longer wait time. The atmosphere is top notch, and looks new.

We waited in line at drive thru for over 30 minutes to get the half price snack shakes. We didn't know the lobby was closed & we were trapped in line. By the time we got up there and the manager was taking orders by walking up to each vehicle close to the speaker it was passed time for the half price shakes. We explained to her we'd been in line for over 30 minutes. After much discussion she finally decided to honor the half price shakes. Wasn't worth it. They've changed the mix or something because they sure didn't taste the same. We will not be returning. Sad to because we always enjoyed Arby's before. Well Cookeville Arby's is open including and nice so next time we want sandwiches we'll go there instead of Crossville Arby's. Cookeville Arby's doesn't have the half price shakes but that's okay. We will not be returning to Crossville Arby's. I understand they're short handed but it was the attitude of manager. It wasn't our fault they're short handed. We ordered 6 shakes and 2 Greek Gyro sandwiches. All of us agreed it was just too much hassle. Extremely disappointed!!! We've just moved back to TN to this area so we were unaware they...

Actually the food was very tasty. However be sure to ask what's on each sandwich before you place your order and buy it. Menu does not tell you. I ordered the beef and cheddar, which I like to put Horsey Sauce on, but they also had this real sweet sweet sweet red sauce that came on the on the sandwich. It was not stated on the menu, that it came with sauce. The manager at this location sort of argued with me and said well yes it does sir, but I pointed out nicely that it does not say that on the menu board. Then she pointed at the picture on the menu board she said, you can look right there at the menu board on the bottom of the bun , there on the outside of the rim of the bottom bun, you can see a little bit of red that's your sauce. I got my new beef and Cheddar's at no charge of course. I'm placing a call to corporate and tell him to change their signs and if everybody else would do so and call Arby's corporate and ask them to be sure to include all ingredients lists that are on the sandwich, on the menu board...

Tonight we stopped for some dinner. Since I drive a high roof van that doesn’t typically fit in drive through we parked to go inside. There was a nice young man who told a us dine in closed but the drive thru was opened. After explaining our situation. He offered to take our order inside for carry out. We walk over to the counter where a “manager” repeatedly said inside is closed. The young man explained the situation and the manager repeated the inside was closed...she was very rude. So we left and will never return. Suggest you post your hours on the first entry door, not the second inside the building. If we saw that on the first door we would have not gotten out of the van. Then I would do some customer service training. The young man found a solution to a problem in provide a method to order food. The manager even made it a point to say inside registers were closed... he said I’ll enter the order at the drive thru. The manager said no. That manager is hurting your...
