Never "Have It Your Way" At The Crossville Burger King

I've always loved the way I could have a burger tailored to my tastes at Burger King. Once I stopped eating meat, I was thrilled to discover I could still have veggie burgers the way I want them at Burger King.

Every Burger King that is EXCEPT the one in Crossville.

At Crossville, the service is slow, the people (and the food) are lukewarm, and the buns are straight of the bag (no lightly grilled buns here, folks).

Worst of all is - no matter how specific you are about what you want or don't want on your sandwich - they will NEVER (and I mean NEVER - I've given them over a dozen chances in the course of a year) make your burger the way you ask.

For example...

At the Crossville Burger King, on each sandwich they add ONE 2x2" pieces of limp lettuce, TWO rings of onion that are so skinny they are almost non-existent, ONE slice of unripe tomato, and TWO pickle chips.

Every time I ordered a burger with "lots and lots of extra lettuce, onion, tomato and pickles... three times what you usually put on" I get a burger with TWO 2x2" pieces of limp lettuce, FOUR rings of onion that are so skinny they are almost non-existent, TWO slices of unripe tomato, and FOUR pickle chips.

Finally, I gave up and decided to just take the burger home and add the veggies myself. So, I started ordering a plain burger "just the burger and the bun, nothing on it at all" ... and got a burger with mayonnaise on it. So the next time, I specifically told them "and no mayonnaise" ... and still got a burger with mayonnaise on it.

I don't know if the problem is poor management or a stingy owner. All I know is that the Crossville Burger King gives the entire franchise a bad name... a really,...

Horrible rude staff. Dinning room was nasty. Food and trash all over the floors. Then the tables was dirty. Had to clean our own table. Went to use the restroom. The most nastiest bathroom. Toilet was clogged with poop and it stunk. So we went and ate our foor in the truck. Food was cold . Then the staff are very rude and talk very unprofessional. I have a video. But can't unload here. But have plans to upload on YouTube and Facebook.

Update figured I’d give them one more chance. So I went a few weeks ago and ordered two whopper meals. Once again it was disgusting. My whoppers was soggy and had huge amounts of mayo and rotten tomatoes on it. It’s was disgusting and my fries was old. Manager was rude and I left my food in the counter. They can keep my money and there horrible food. I will not be disrespected. I was polite explaining the issue and she was just a very rude hateful person so they could keep the $20 I and they’re rotten soggy food. Never again will I ever go back. I rather go to dairy Queen to get a hamburger. Never been disappointed there....

They only get 2 stars for being fast, otherwise I would give them zero. I’m sick of this place forgetting my ketchup every single time I order. Don’t even bother asking for ketchup. Just walk in and get ketchup if you really want it. Oh and they messed up on my sandwich. I wanted a plain one and they put nasty snotty looking mayonnaise globbed all over it and a leaf and a tomato it about made me puke looking at it. I didn’t find out until I got home and wanted something to eat. I don’t know how in the world someone could have such a short attention span to forget something so quickly. I mean they even asked me twice and I told them twice I wanted ketchup but I guess dory from finding Nemo works here. You might as well throw 6 dollars down the toilet and another 6 wasted on gas than ordering here. But then again a lot of fast food places are stupid like this , this is actually better than a lot of places but still stupid.
