Ordered a three-piece Wing meal combo asked how much three more wings would be they were more actually than the three piece meal they wanted $8.99 for three little wings so then my husband orders it says he wants a two-piece and tells the girl what he wants she was a little slow on the uptake but that's neither here nor there the manager comes up interrupts and without even knowing what our order was start telling the girl what to do and what to give to give us. The manager gave my husband a three-piece instead of a two-piece and I said fine no problem we'll go with it but then I asked for an extra piece of chicken, a leg which I paid $3 for or I was supposed to pay $3 for and she the manager turned around and told the guy packing to give my husband two legs and a breast well needless to say I did not get my extra leg. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and corn, the mashed potatoes and gravy you could tell had sat out for quite a while the corn looked and tasted like it had been there for a week which I didn't eat I threw away it just was all around a bad experience. Read moreIf I could give zero Stars I would. The lobby was not open only the drive-thru. After 15 minutes in line, I went online and ordered my dinner. It said it would be ready in 10 minutes for pickup. I then got a notification saying it was ready go to the door. So I got out of the drive-thru line parked and went to the door. Only to find it locked. And then was informed after trying to call the restaurant and getting no response to get back in line. After 25 more minutes I made it to the order place. Told them I had ordered online. They told me to pull ahead past the pickup window and when my dinner was ready they would bring it out. 15 minutes later they finally brought out my dinner. What is the point of ordering ahead to have to sit in line and wait even longer then if I adjust stayed in line to begin with. Absolute horrible service I will never go to this...
Read moreAnother visit recently- don't think they've changed their oil in a very very long time (it had a strong odor/taste of fish ...food soooo disgusting my dogs wouldn't eat it (chicken nuggets) fries had been reheated by refrying them in the nasty oil sooo gross...so sad when you have to pay more for less (12 nuggests the biggest 3 was maybe 1 inch others 1/4-1/2 inch) nowadays and it's horrible tasting...
