Management is always very quick and receptive to help, hear customer comments/complaints/suggestions etc.

❤Pharmacy: PHARMACY MANAGER 👍NICOLE 🙂 & her entire pharmacy staff is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I can't say enough good about this group of employees. By far the best group! It doesn't matter what I need, they are ALWAYS eager and willing to help. Friendly, smiling, personable, really gets to know their regular customers and treat them like family! Accepts most insurances & discounts, deals well with the doctors office, insurance company & lab/hospital when needed for patient prescriptions & supplies. CAN'T say enough great things....KEEP UP THE EXCEPTOONAL SERVICE YOU CONSISTENTLY GIVE!

Cashiers: Always nice & Friendly 🙂. They have employees that have been there a long time and they really get to know their regular customers.

Front End: It's always nice that they offer every time I shop to help me to the car and load the car for me.

Baggers/Customer service: Nice that they do not overstuff the bags to full and not making them realky heavy. They are careful with what they bag together.

Produce: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have to say they have some of the freshest produce out of most stores in town (in my opinion) and I am really picky about my fresh produce items. Anytime I have asked if they have more of something in back, or if I don't like a selection they are ALWAYS so nice and happy to go & bring out more for you & let you pick out whatever you want before they put it out in the displays.

Meat Department: Always, always the freshest cuts of meat around! Not all fatty and great selection to choose from. Packaged in good sizes, from small individual sizes to large family size packs. No matter what you need you can us usually count on being able to find just what your looking for.

OVERALL, just a really good choice (at least in my opinion for my family) for a grocery store. Treats their customers good & sells quality products at fair prices. We will continue to use them for our grocery & pharmacy needs!

Restrooms: Staff does a great job of maintaining the restrooms and making sure they are kept clean and stocked with proper paper & hand cleaning supplies.

And...you earn savings off your gasoline too! An extra bonus to shopping @ KROGER!

Some really good deals and have most electronic/power, air tools and other heavy tools and tool machinery needed for vehicles and more that you can't usually find or buy locally without having to travel atleast 30 miles or better&u lucky if they even have what u looking for when u get there..I personally with my own eyes seen same items at other places for more by mostly $10or more I. Expense&about 65-80%of the time it may be same item or bundle for MORE, BUT also not completely same item/bundle deal as harbor freights tool or bundle deals for price instead example they only have half the bundle H.F. is offering and or also diff brand. Good example my husband and I seen probably 4or more different types of vehicle code reader tools at H.F. for a great price for it being a good multi function/code reader checker for vehicles like the top best 1s that tell u temps of transmission and all that important detailed stuff that u don't get with your basic simple low cost vehicle readers that just give u 2-3 or 1 specific codes that u have to look up yourself to c what problem actually is or even the step up from that ones that give u code and tell y what it is for atleast $10-20 difference in cost for it anywhere else that u can get them from for what they cost or what u think is a good deal for them.. try to go to your local auto zone or advance auto parts anywhere like that and I guarantee u if they have that high quality of 1 there for sale even I promise you it's going to be $5-15 or so more and most likely probably not even still do everything the 1 at H.F. does or not last as long vs H.F. .... So yeah highly recommend if u can over any other local that has what u looking for or no one else locally does for better deal or quality. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to krogers they over charge. I don't know why it's so Hard for them to make sure sale prices ring up. Last week my 80 yr old mother had to go back for a $12 refund. She lives a half hour away . They should be giving her those items free ,to off set gas for going back. The girl with the curly red hair at the service desk is so rude also. I think it's time to start shopping else where SO PLEASE CHECK RECEIPT...
