Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Crossville

I had my twins a birthday party this past Saturday March 8th, 2025 and they party was supposed to start at 4, I called in 2 cheese 3 pepperoni pizzas at 5 mins before 2 and told them I was doing a call in I was wanting to pick it up around 3:15 wanted it fresh the boy said okay it’ll be done at 3:15. I get there at 3:20 go in wait in line finally pay for it for them to tell me that it’s not done and then said the boy wrote the pick up for 5:30 like what in the world, by this time it was 3:40 after waiting in line and paying they said we will make it now it’ll be 15 mins. I was so mad I told them I ordered before 2 and the boy told me the time back and I done paid. They did not seem to care they was at fault and a gentleman in line told me to give him the address he will bring it to me, and he drove it all the way to the bounce house in Crossville and I felt awful because of the crappy service from little Caesar’s that he had to bring it to me but he blessed my twins by doing so because I had nothing decorated and I was late to get there and do it it was stressful I also wanted to bless him and gave home money for being a blessing so the pizza cost my $50 and stress for myself and my children that was with me. I called Little Ceasars to make an order. BEFORE making any kind of orders, I informed the person I was speaking to that I have my kids in the car a 3 year old, and a 2 year old, plus I'm over 34 weeks pregnant. I had asked if they would be willing to bring out my order since I was not wanting to take my children in and out of the car. I was told "Yes that isn't a problem" so I proceeded to make my order. I called a second time asking if my order was ready since I was in the parking lot and reminded the person that I was the one who called with the request of my order to be taken out. I was told "Yes your order is ready, what vehicle are you driving?" I responded with, "I can bring my car up to the front to make it easier." He agreed and said he would be right out. I called A THIRD TIME asking about my order when someone else answered stating that they cannot do my request unless I have a medical problem. Which I explained what happened and she still said she is unable to go through my my request. So overall - I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER that was suppose to be a 10 minute wait for a simple order just to find out I was not able to get my order and had to go in anyway to get the pizza my girls wanted. Wow!!! I just tried to order the new pizza calzone pizza and I ask for a little extra cheese besides the pepperoni’s that come on it. The guy informed me they won’t put an extra topping so I thought we’ll maybe because it’s extra… so I offered to pay for the extra cheese and very ignorant he said “no I can’t put extra cheese on it” as if we would be breaking nuclear protocol. I politely ask “is it because there won’t be room for the extra topping”? Just trying to understand why I suppose and he again very ignorant says “no, we’re just not going to put extra cheese on it even if you pay extra for it” and that’s when I politely ended the call.

Pretty unbelievable Little Caesars!!! I will never spend any of my money there again. Super ignorant people that won’t even make your order how you want it. I’ve never in my life experienced this kind of service anywhere! So beware!!! You are only getting ONE topping with a pizza calzone pizza...
