Starbucks — Restaurant in Crossville

I don’t usually leave reviews if I can’t say anything nice but I thoroughly did not enjoy my experience here. Don’t waste your time. Staff looks like they are miserable and do not interact with customers, EXCEPT for one sweet woman who happened to be sweeping the floor who was interactive and kind at the end of my visit. The two girls making drinks had terrible customer service. They also made someone’s mobile order iced when it should have been hot while I was there (and it wasn’t busy). They did not offer to fix it and walked away snickering at her to stand in the corner. Customer was very gracious about it anyway. Definitely recommend Bloom Coffee in town over Kroger Starbucks if you want to benefit local families/economy and have a pleasant experience to start...

The girls who work there are all so beyond great. When I tell you I sit there for so long trying to decide and i’m met with patience and advice on what would be good in my drink because i always like adding flavors and cold foam etc. ( they’re always right on what taste the best) My drinks are out within minutes and always SO GOOD. Every single time I go to this Starbucks the employees are extremely rude! I once asked for an iced coffee and the employee replied with "we don't have iced coffee". This past Tuesday I went and ordered a frappucino and a hot chocolate well the frappucino was not made right and I asked them to either remake it or replace it with something else to which the employee replied "that's impossible for me to do" how hard is it to replace a drink??
