I have visited this location often since they opened but last weekend visited for the first time since COVID has become an issue. I placed a to go order of food and didn't see my food order until I made it home. When I looked inside the container, I realized items were missing. I called them to see what options I had in regards to a refund or credit as I didn't have the ability to go get those missing items but wasn't going to eat the tacos as is. I was told since I paid with card on th machine, they would refund me.

I called back 5 days later as I still hadn't seen a refund post. Someone different (she said she was the owners daughter - a manager there) told me that I was not getting a refund as I didn't bring the food back. I explained that I was not asked to bring my food back or else I would have taken it back the next day. She basically said sorry your loss, no refund. She also said I was lying about what the first girl told me and I was never promised a refund.

My order total was almost $30. I was promised a refund due to their inability to provide me an accurate order. Then when I called back days later they called me a liar.

I definitely do not recommend this place anymore. For anyone not having the time to eat at the location or not feeling comfortable with indoor eating yet, this is definitely a place to STAY AWAY from.

Garbage service, and the overall quality was just as bad. I walked in, ordered one burrito for dine-in. About ten minutes after I’d ordered, some guy comes in and orders at least $20+ worth of food. Stopped in for some ice cream and was blown away by the choices offered and will surely be back. I had the coconut which was on point! Others in my party got blackberry, mint Oreo and cheesecake.
