Bayside Seafood Grille — Restaurant in Crystal River

Came across this place via google- they are newly opened. Situated in the same building as nortons- so it's a little confusing when following Google maps. But it was worth the effort! It's a beachy decorated place, sorta key west looking. They had specials beside the main menu. Happy hours every day. For now Saturday they have BOGO on their steam shrimp and Buffalo shrimp appys. We tried the steamed BOGO shrimp - two flavors both were very good. Nice sized shrimp comes with seasoning butter and cocktail sauce - peel your own. We then tried th citrus hogfish dinner which comes with two sides for $20. Delicious. Let me say we will not be back! Don't order a drink with redbull even if they have it outside or next door they will not go get from the affiliated restaurant next to them. Ordered a n N/A drink and asked for vodka to be added. It was sent back due to no taste of alcohol in it. Coming here was a happy accident and so glad we ended up here. First off our waitress Alice was professional friendly and very knowledgeable of all the dishes. Margaritas were top notch as well as the mango shrimp salsa on crostini appetizer. The blackened Mahi tacos as well as the shrimp tacos were the best I've had in Crystal River paired along with pineapple rice I was in heaven.
