The store itself it very clean and friendly. However the food station people are extremely unprofessional and immature. They were blurting out childish sounds and laughing. Upon waiting for my food, I heard one girl call my food number early so I approached the window and waited and she never made eye contact with me. She continued to talk to the other employees. She called my number a second time and I moved directly in front of the window blocking everyone else from getting there food. She ignored the fact that I was standing right there so I moved back away again. Then she rudely yells my number again with an attitude and says come to the deli. I approached the window for a THIRD time and FINALLY she made eye contact with me and said “I’ve called you three times” and I said “I’ve been standing right here” then she told me they have no more of one of my sides which was fine but she had an attitude the entire time. She finally called my number when my food was ready and I said thank you and she gave me a stank face with no response. Then continues to rudely call out other numbers. People like that don’t need to be in customer service. Your staff needs to be more professional and communicative. I go to the Wawa over in Lecanto and the staff is absolutely fabulous. Read moreMy girlfriend and I went to the Wawa in Crystal River because it was super early in the morning and we were starving and it was pretty much the only thing open. She ordered off her app and I ordered off of mine. For some reason my app had an issue and said my order didn’t go through, so I called and the guy I talked to said it was already being made. So that’s awesome. When we got there, my girlfriends food was almost done, and mine was waiting. I didn’t even think about how long it had been sitting because it took us about 15 minutes to get there, and the man I talked to on the phone asked me if I wanted it remade fresh. Like, it wasn’t even prompted. The employee’s name is Michael. Michael was very nice and professional and made sure I wanted to decline his offer to remake my sandwich. His customer service was outstanding and I will definitely be returning to this store for an early morning Panini and iced coffee. Read morePlace doesn’t know what they’re doing. I ordered two sandwiches and went to get them, woman almost handed me the wrong order and I asked where my second one was, she nonchalantly said:”we ran out of a certain ingredient so we didn’t bother to make it.” Then they realized they gave me the wrong order and asked what I wanted for the second sandwich and I told them to make it without the other ingredient.
I then asked about the first sand which to which the girl at the sand which counter told me it’s up with her colleague. Went over and asked, she had no clue what I was talking about. She went over to her colleague to ask about my missing sandwich to which the woman couldn’t care less and said “it’s either on the rack or up with you.” They then deduced it was stolen and tried to remake it, until another sand which worker found it.
So yeah, not a real great experience. Wouldn’t recommend this...
