Visisted here while traveling through Missourri, Horrible Management, messed up my order 4 times, waited in the parking lot 15 mins for them to send a young man out there 5 times in the cold no jacket who clearly had not enough experience for handling mess ups or complaints. Running back what the manager was saying, all for the order, still, to be wrong. Then I have to go through drive thru, to be at first told we can't do anything for you thats what the manager said after explaining I just want what I ordered and they could have the wrong stuff back, they fixed it but the manager should have came and talked to me herself so there wasn't so much confusion and disappointment on the customers and team members end. Especially when all it was over was not getting my drinks and then not getting my fries, after telling the young man I didnt get my fries I felt bad for having him go back in twice being a previous fast food worker and tipped him and the manager did not feel bad sending him out to ask questions she would have had the answer for had she actually looked at the reciept then sent him out with the wrong thing. Sincerely a previous fast food employee and trainer, GET BETTER MANAGEMENT! I am editing this and after speaking to the manager on the phone rating it 1 star, she proceeds to lie to me after I call them bc I found my receipt and they argued with me over having a large curly fry after getting my drinks wrong and after sending the young man out there to tell me she looked at the reciept and it was a medium I figured okay maybe they didnt hear me at the drive up when i said large and i was okay with the medium until i found the reciept, so they brought me out a regular fry. I pull around to the drive through telling them we just got our order messed up 3 times over a large curly fry. The lady starts to tell me the managers said it was regular and that it wasn't curly, i said i just want what i ordered and then she says go ahead and pull around itll be a 2:30 min wait, at the window the girl has an attitude and glare when asking for the reg fry back that my bf was already holding in the window and snatches it. The thing is I did order a medium reg fry for my grandpas meal but was missing the large curly with my hot ham meal and sent the boy in with that information, I had 4 ppl with me, she either didnt read the whole ticket or messed up and instead of admitting to it she has an attitude and lies, when it coulda been avoided if she wasn't too lazy to talk for 10 seconds. When I called her I first asked to speak to management and explained to her what happened, where she proceeds to to tell me it wasn't large and I tell her I'm looking at the reciept rn and its says large and the order number like she asks, to get no I'm sorry about that or anything, all intention of speaking to her supervisor, I asked if she was the manager on scene at the time she lied to me telling me yes she was there but never talked to any employees about my order and didnt know about the complications or what was said before admitting she sent the boy out to ask what kinda fry we had and when I caught her up and asked her, "so your going to lie to me when both employees told me thats what their manager told them to do?" Then she proceeds to be rude to me, ignore me or tell me she can't help me when I asked for first names of the employees who witnessed her actions, her supervisors name number or email, her (the managers) first name, or a time I could call or should expect a call back from her superior which she responds, "I don't know when she'll be back." So I asked you don't have a schedule to figure that out? The last minute of the phone call she did not respond, so after waiting with no answer I said hello and I asked her how's she a manager but can't handle a missing fry or customer complaint and with that she hung up on me, I will be calling back tomorrow. The only thing she was helpful with was rudely letting me know there's no hr(headquarters) after telling me no to all the above questions about resolving...
Read moreThe service today was so horrible I had to write this to spare others. My two friends and I arrived for breakfast this morning. The line was terrible, but that was to be expected on a Sunday morning after a float weekend. We quickly realized why the line wasn't moving. The cashier had her back to the line of guests and was pretending to help fill ticket orders. She would deliberately turn around, look at the growing line, then turn back and pretend to look busy. Not once did she say to the people at the register, "Sorry for the wait" or, "I'll be with you in a minute." Nothing. No acknowledgement whatsoever. About 7 or 8 people in front of us just gave up and left. So, we found ourselves at the head of the line. We waited there for about 15 minutes, not joking. My boyfriend was begging me to be patient and not ask for help at the register. But, as the end of breakfast was nearing, I couldn't resist. I mean, all I wanted was some some biscuits. I've been in line for 35 minutes now. I heard the manager tell the useless "cashier" to change the sign to lunch. Before that could happen, I very politely asked the "cashier" if she could please take our order whenever she got a second. She rolled her eyes and begrudgingly asked what we wanted. We started listing off our breakfast order. Rolling her eyes at us, again, she turned to her manager who I have to admit was doing a fantastic job cooking, and asked if they were even serving breakfast any more. The manager told her that they could do one more order, thankfully. About 10 people behind us who got there at the same time we did heard this, got upset that they waited in line 40 minutes for breakfast and left. We finished our order and waited. A couple with 4 children came in shortly after. Breakfast was over at this point, it was their own fault they missed it so I wasn't sure why they stormed out. It turns out that both of the soda machines were down, and no one had made any tea so the only option was water. The cashier was so rude about it that the family said that they were just going to go somewhere else. The cashier screamed at them as they were walking out of the door, "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!" It was so uncomfortable that everyone in the dining room made eye contact, shrugged, and quietly laughed. It was that bad. On top of all of this, they were out of napkins and the trash was overflowing. They weren't giving out numbers to go with the orders and instead just calling out orders and hoping someone heard them. After about 15 minutes, we get our food. Cashier is just standing there looking at the trashcan, ignoring the people in line again. I understand when it gets busy that things get hectic and can feel overwhelming. But, without the customers (that you're refusing to serve), you'd be out of a job. Be courteous and (most) people will understand. I hope this restaurant learned from...
Read moreSometimes life gets busy and that's where Hardee's comes in. We've eaten there a few times and never had a problem until tonight . The store is pretty clean and most of the staff is pretty friendly. We've only encountered one rude employee and we haven't seen her in a while. The food is nothing fancy, but it is usually hot , fairly fresh and reasonably priced.. Husband went and got two real meal deals (each meal has one cheeseburger , one chicken sandwich and one order of fries). He paid extra for cheese on each of the chicken sandwiches . Once home we realized the cheese never got put on the sandwiches . I called Hardees, explained the problem and was told that we could come by anytime and they would remake the entire meal for us free of charge. Problem solved. We won't make this our regular hang out , but it will do...
