Friday night and they have only 1 cashier. Stood in line literally 30 mins! Now I see why! The cashier has no clue how to find the orders! I watched her open every oven door and look at every box for every single Customer then walk around the kitchen looking for orders! After looking for my order and not finding it she said it was still not ready. I had called it in 35 mins B4 and was told it'd take 15-20 mins so I found it hard to believe. I asked for the manager. 5 mins later an employee in the back says "that one came out already!" (My order was unique so he remembered it.) Sure enough the manager opened an oven and there it was. No one has put anything else in so I am certain it was there and she missed it. Guessing the 7-10 customers waiting outside also we're waiting pointlessly....... This employee seriously needs to be trained. Shame on management for not providing proper training and putting her solo on the registers on a Friday night! First of all I placed an order over the phone to ensure that my order was ready by the time I got to this location. By the time I get there I approach the young lady and I request my order. She notifies me that no one placed and order and begins to tell me that I called the wrong location. I know for a fact that I placed the right call to the right place. So I have to place a whole new order the lady now tells me that I have to wait 10 minutes for my pizza.
