Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cudahy

This taco bell location is by far the most horrible location i have visit. I went thur the drive thur got almost $30 worth of food, got home only to find my 2 not 1 Chalupas extra fried like a hard rock and cold, the crunchy tacos had little to no meat. My kids were hungry so i let them eat the crunchy tacos but i sure did went to return those 2 chalupas back. I did got refunded but i did also noticed when i went in there their was already other hungry customers complaining about how long they take to make the orders. I dont think its the first time this is happening in this location and i suggest the manager Vanessa let her workers know whats going on with orders so it won't continue happening, if they physical see they over fried something throw it away... Why give it to your customers right? We are all human we do mistakes i understand but come on your running a food business and situations like these can be...

Most horrible service ever whatever guy was working the drive thru on august 9 2021 @ 10 pm was being extremely rude . I clearly ordered two bean and cheese burritos he gave me one of them cut in half and then the other burrito was filled with random stuff or ingredients . Kept talking over me while trying to order yelling if I wanted sauce or not . And then only gave us 1 packet of sauce for the 6 items we ordered . You should teach your employees to leave their personal issues at home and be professional like a working adult should be . We kept it cool and didn’t disrespect the dude so he had no reason to act out like this. I bought those burritos for my kid it was the last 20$ I had....

Went in today right before work. Ordered. They forgot some items. Called the restaurant to let them know. Some Manager named “ Ashley “ not sure if that’s even her name said that in fact I had to go in that same day if I wanted the rest of my order.

Her demeanor was very offensive. I asked her for the higher managers name , she said it was Dolores but she wouldn’t be in until Thursday ? Today is Sunday. After reading some of the other reviews it looks like whoever runs this location enables this persons behavior.

These people clearly dislike their job. Even if they got sent in for training , it would not make a difference.
