Worst service ever Ramón who I think is the manager was very rude everything we asked for was a bother to him. We asked for entry to the bathroom someone was already in there so we waited. We didn’t get to catch the door before it closed and he tried to make us feel at fault saying “why didn’t We catch it” when trying to explain why he just cut my boyfriend off and opened the door and left. When getting our food it was coming out in parts and when my mom went up to get what was ready from her order she was about say what was missing but before she could even say what was missing the lady that was there a cut her off and said “It’s coming out” my mom didn’t hear her very well and was going to repeat what she was missing and as soon as she said “I’m missing” the lady cut her off again and said “it’s coming out” just very rude.Then when asking for sauces the lady was gonna give us a small handful (we were a party of 18)as soon as the man who seemed like the manager saw her with the handful he stopped her and said no just give them 3 overall the food was not very good and the service sucked.Do...

This is the 3rd time I place an order by phone. The first time I ordered I called 15 min before and the food wasent ready I still had to wait an additional 15 min for my food. The second time I ordered 30 min in advance thinking when I get there it definitely has to be done and when I got there they where just putting in my order. Today I placed my order 20 min before my arrival I got there and I had 15 more min waiting for my food and then decided to cancel since I was late to work.The worse thing is that the cashier told the cook (Gerardo) cancela la orden and with an attitude he started screaming pues no que keria la hash brown bien echa chingadamadre. And threw out what ever he had in his hand. This is definitely the last time I order from this place not only does it look bad for all the other customers that were in the dining room but it’s bad custom service. Its a real nice place but it really sucks because you spend like 10 dlls in a good plate per person and they wont give you sauces just a packet of kepchup, mustard becuase its to go if you get french fries just a small packet? And its worse if you ask for sale, i tried and they said no. And of course if you complain you need to talk with the owner, of you think recomend this place just remenber bring your own ranch, kepchup, mustard or just be ready to be in a shame situation when your are there with yours friend or girlfriend, its ridiculous when you buy in a place where you can't eat good just for packets of dresing or kepchup they really sucks and give really hard time when they just wont give a good custumer service because before i did not have ridiculouses bad service,...
