Tacos Ensenada — Restaurant in Cudahy

The actual location is not in use, they’re using a culichi food truck to serve food outside their location, when we arrived the young lady that was taking our order was completely rude, any time we were asking her questions regarding the menu because they do not have their menu on the truck, it’s culichis menu. She would sigh and rolled her eyes. She looked displeased when taking our order. The salsas are not outside for you to grab, they have them inside the food truck, they forgot to ask us which salsas we wanted so when we noticed they were not inside our bag when we received our food, we asked if we could get some, she questioning us “oh querias salsas?” Any place you go eat tacos or burritos it’s common sense that salsas come with your food. She either was having a bad day, her first week on the job, or she just lacks people skills. When working in a place where you have to speak with people, it’s important you have the right people at the front of your business. They’re the first faces they see, and if the person you have in the front has an attitude or simply doesn’t look forward to assisting the customer. People will not want to go back to that location based off their first experience. We will definitely not...

The food is delicious and the workers have excellent customer service. The only bad thing is the cleaning. The tables are cleaned with a dirty rag. The salt and pepper on the table are always dirty because people eat tostadas and tacos with their hands and they use salt n pepper and it gets very dirty which is dangerous because of the seafood rotting after few hours microscopic germs are touched again and again with different dirty hands. I would not recommend this restaurant. Once you walk in, you need to order your food at register. Prepare to wait due to staffing. Then you find a seat and wait for them to call your number. Ordered tostada de aguachiles, that was ok. Ordered a tostada Mixta and it was not good, it smells very fishy and the shrimp is not even cleaned out.
