This store staff needs to be either retrained or FIRED as their service is pitiful, not like it was 2 or 3 years ago. I pre-ordered my food through the Arby's app to pick up at the store. I parked in the handicap spot as I am disabled so I could walk in and pick up my pre-paid order. I walked up to the store and the doors were locked but absolutely no signage posted that the inside was closed, a massive line at the drive-through, and the same pothole where the asphalt meets the pull-on concrete pad at the order site is still there nearly 6 months after the last time I went there...every vehicle runs through it. Told the young lady at the window that there was a hole there. She said nothing. Then I said that they should go ahead and post that the stores interior was closed as I was handicapped and wanted to come in and not sit in a hot line with 90° weather outside. She simply shrugged and closed the window. Poor service, poor food, poor facilities.
This is not the way that this Southern Cullman Arby's should be. This store should be the like the store on the North side of Cullman that I drove by and I should start going to now. It had lots of customers and was very busy and didn't look like they were short staffed unlike this store that had 2 people working in the store. He asked her a question and she shut the window, didn’t even tell us to have a good night or anything. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. They didn’t even mix up the milkshake good and it was super frozen.
