The quality of food served at Chipotle was fantastic! Every dish was prepared to perfection with spot-on flavors. The food was fresh, delicious and well-presented. The staff at Chipotle were truly exemplary. They were attentive, courteous, and prompt in their service. They made sure my dining experience was comfortable and enjoyable.The cleanliness and hygiene maintained at Chipotle were commendable. The dining area, restrooms, and kitchen area were spotless, adding to a pleasant dining experience. The menu had a good variety of options catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The portion sizes were generous and worth the price. I was highly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. Despite it being a busy day, the staff managed to serve the food in a timely manner without compromising on the quality. I appreciated the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Chipotle. The staff were very approachable and were more than willing to assist with any queries or requests I had. I found the ingredients used in the dishes to be of high quality and the taste was consistent throughout. Called us back to say they had canceled the plant based chorizo early, after we already paid for it through their app and had the card charged, and that they were out of the meats everyone else ordered.

At this point fair enough, things happen... Then we get there and they say they don't have burrito shells, so at this point our order has become something completely different from what we had planned on.

Okay, frustrating, but still kinda whatever. Then turns out when we open the bag they actually had enough to make one of ours a burrito, which they had very sloppily wrapped in the foil so it was still well exposed...

THEN, we get home and apparently they read extra cheese on the two real meat meals as extra cheese on ALL of the meals, so they absolutely drenched both our sofrita bowl and burrito that were supposed to be vegan in cheese.....

I'd probably be a fair bit more forgiving if this was a cheaper, run of the meal fast food restaurant, but for the expense at a place like Chipotle this is...

Dasher Beware!

Chipotle needs to adjust their food prep timing in the DoorDash app so that the food is ready by the time someone arrives to take the order to its destination.

I arrived to chipotle to receive an order and was told that the order wasn’t ready yet but they were “working on it and it would be ready soon”. At this time four people walked in the door and up to the counter behind me in line and began ordering one by one as their orders were prepared in front of them and proceeded to check out and receive their orders. Once they were out of the way one of the workers began to prepare the order that I had been waiting for and was told “sorry for your wait” as they (middle-aged dark-haired girl with a visor) handed the order to me with a smug look on their face and complete disregard for the customer that had the online order and for me who is losing money for every second of my time that is wasted standing there waiting for something that should’ve...
