Milo's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Cullman

The fries were super Undercooked, which made them soggy and mushy. My hamburger patties were charred and had an awful burnt taste. The employees were rude and acted like a smart ass. The tall female that worked the register inside was very nasty and spoke down to me as if I was beneath her! No way to treat a customer and that’s the last time I will ever go to that location. I had a very similar experience when I went there a couple weeks back, but I thought i could have just caught them on an off day so I didn’t think that much about it. I don’t understand what that Location’s deal is with their sauces, but they must have some weird attachment to them. I purchased two bottles of Milo’s sauce that cost $13 and was still told that I could only have the three double O sauces that they gave me originally with my 3 combo meals. This was the worst fast food I've ever tried. The tea was really good, the burgers are about four times over priced. It's 9/10th bread. I had a half of a pickle and about ten little squares of onions. Meat was burnt, and so chewy I couldn't eat it. My son's had so much watery sauce it was soaked a dripping off. My grand daughter likes grilled cheese, the woman behind the counter pushed the toasted cheese sandwich when I was offering her chicken or cheeseburger. So we got the toasted cheese thing this must be pretty good for her to push it. Oh heck no, avoid it at all costs, huge thick hamburger bum, one piece of cheese. I've never complained about a place before. But I had to after this. I just left and I waited 18 minutes for 2 cheeseburger meals. Two cars came through the drive thru during that time. There were at least 5 people in the back. The food finally came and they forgot to put cheese on it. The cook in the back he was smirking at me like I was the a-hole, while putting the cheese on.
