Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Culpeper

I tried this location for the first time three weeks ago and the young adults working at the time seemed more interested in their phones than actually doing work. When I asked for extra topping on my Italian sub I got an eye roll and maybe an extra pepper or two because I can't handle the jalapenos according to their staff member. I was annoyed but I let it go. Then the same worked out oil and vinegar on my sandwich soaking it so bad the bread was soggy in the ten minutes I took to eat. Causing me to only be able to eat half of it before it was more salad. I went back yesterday figuring I would give them a second chance and it was worse. The works were all on their phones again. When I asked to add toppings to my sandwich again including bacon which I paid for I was met with the same attitude problem. The one black worker said I had an attitude and threatened to spit in my sandwich to show how to better treat people. The same worker handed my husband my sandwich and told him he should leave me if he wants to be happy. Make me furious. Another customer came in and the same black worker yelled why r they in here? Umm it's a restaurant they want food. She proceeded to be nasty to them too. I got a second sub for my husband and this same worker thought it was my food so she proceeded to throw the once again squished sub at me. When I argued and said it was not my sub she went back at me saying it was bad just didn't know what I was talking she was not fixing it or adding anything because she did her job. I left furious. Both sandwiches were a mess and my bacon was not even cooked. I ended up getting very sick and throwing up an hour later after attempting to eat my sub after removing the undercooked bacon. Again the sandwiches were soggy and inedible and I ended up just throwing it away. I will never be back until there are some...

We haven't been to this restaurant in quite a long time. Decided tonight we would give them a shot again. Ordered 3 giants and left a tip. Just hoping it would help give incentive. What an absolute waist of money. All three thrown together. Meaning the last 3 inches had nothing at all but bread. They had no cheese at all. I searched! My bread was old and dry. It looked and tasted like a desert. It was flaking off everywhere. My husband's bread looked so pale but stayed together. I would say the inconsistency is the problem but honestly we haven't had a good sub from this establishment for a few years. I just hoped this time would be better. Will absolutely not return. January 15th 2025 my experience with Jersey Mike's was absolutely horrible your four employees was standing around on their phones and did not want to wait on me. I stood there for 5 minutes and asked if they were going to wait on me and they roll their eyes around soon came up to ask me what do you want. I ordered two giants Italian subs the bread was hard as a rock they barely put any meat at all on the sub and loaded it with lots of brown looking lettuce. Very unhappy I also asked them please not to put the oil and vinegar on the sub the girl rolled her eyes around and said why I simply said because it makes it too soggy in the next half an hour to eat.
