I first came here because someone whose food opinions I really trust recommended it, and I have now been a couple of times because I had such a great experience. I love this particular location because it's spacious and warm and cozy with lots of seating. It's the perfect place to hang out and chat with a friend or do some work. I park on a residential side street and walk over, but the signs in the residential area should definitely be read in their entirety if you choose to do the same, because I believe there are qualifications to parking there without a permit.

My first visit was in 2021 just after BTS's Permission to Dance on Stage in LA. I was meeting up with a friend who was in town for the concert, and they showed up in a BTS sweater. The barista who took our orders was also a fan, so they ended up giving us a couple of pastries on the house and even played us a few BTS tracks while we were there! The pastries were soooo delicious and sweet, which worked out well because I think the drinks here tend to be a bit on the less sweet side. I want to give this place 4 stars but I’d like to bring something to the attention of the management at this location:

Each transaction is completed on a tablet device that is frankly FILTHY. Last time I went, the person helping us was wearing gloves and handling food and beverage items, but also handled the tablet device and didn’t change gloves. This is absolutely disgusting and not sanitary.

Please educate your staff on sanitary food handling practices and please regularly sanitize this tablet that every single customer is also touching all day every day.

The germs of everyone that has ever come into this place, along with those of the employees, are getting all over each customer’s coffee and food items because of this disgustingly dirty tablet.
