Updated review* : General Manager Daniel Kwoh reached out to me personally which I greatly appreciate. It’s important that in this era of increasingly automated businesses we continue to have true human contact. Daniel sent me a gift card and suggested I pop back in when I have a chance and apologized for the prior experience I’d had. Today I went in and rather than waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie, I walked in and was greeted kindly by a real employee who was really on the ball. The employees name was Fisher - he finished making my smoothie in about 5 minutes. I don’t know what was going on with the crew last time, but 20 minutes was absurd. Fisher was on top of his job and friendly. Thank you Fisher and thanks Daniel for reaching out! I can come back next time knowing that I can get a delicious smoothie in a reasonable amount of time.

Original review* : Really poorly operated - they appear to have no system for handling online vs in person orders. They have 6 members working and about 10 people in the lobby and I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a damn...

Bryan was great. He made my daughter's bowl exactly the way she wanted and accommodated her celiac restrictions.

GG when I asked to use the bathroom because I'm 5 months pregnant told me I was not allowed and that I had to use one of the other businesses. Both other businesses nearby also said no. When I came back because we had to wait for our bowls I begged to use the restroom. She said fine but not to do anything dirty in the bathroom. Then while I was using the bathroom I could hear her saying to her coworkers "whats wrong with her? Can't she just use her bathroom at home?" To answer your question GG, no I can't. Wow! Really incredible a lot of people, this guy asking the lady (Jeannette), about the ingredients of the granola, (who knows), we were waiting in line and Jeannette with all her patience and a smile approached to this man very politely (it seems he was trying to bother her, like the kind of people who wants free stuff), but she kept really well. Then after giving his order and a few more people it was my time to as for my delicious Mohala Mango Large Smoothie there she was only her and another lady with the place full packed. And she really deserves to be the Employee of the Month. What a patience and lovely way to serve. And of course my smoothie was really good as always. Lovely place...
