Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Cumberland

So yesterday I ordered a lg cheese pizza & an order of the cheesy bread stix for delivery. Placed the delivery around 2:40, knowing they wouldnt be busy so I could get a quick bite before i had to drop my kids off before I went to work. I usually dont order out but was craving pizza & havnt had Fox's in awhile so I thought I'd give it another try knowing last time it wasnt that great. So when I called I will say the young lady that answered was polite & answered my questions without coping an attitude, but I forgot to tell her I had the discount card which was 20% off all menu prices so of course I called back. When I did she definitely wasnt as polite & didnt give me my adjusted total. So after all of that, I ran upstairs & washed my hair.. Was up there for maybe 10 minutes if that. When I came back down I checked my phone & I had a missed call from Fox's I called back to find out that apparently the delivery driver was at my door knocking & rang the doorbell several times. Which he could have knocked but there was no way he rang the doorbell cause I would have heard it. So I get my food & open up the boxes to plate it & my pizza was greasier than a McDonalds french fry, my cheese stix werent even cut & barely had any cheese, they was basically a hunk of cardboard. My 10 month old loves bread so I gave him a few tiny pieces & he took one bite & spit it out.. He will seriously eat anything, including the one time he tried to eat dry cat food at his Mimi's.. So if he wouldn't eat it, whats that tell ya.. I mean I was just so frustrated by this time I did eat some pizza anyways cause I paid almost $20.00 for it but I will never order from here again. I didnt bother calling to complain even though I really wanted too.. So Fox's, you need to get it together.. You guys use to have such good food & this was just a disappointment. Not a happy...

We were super excited to order with the new opening. However, we were quickly disappointed. After placing our delivery order over the phone the computers were crashing. They took our order anyway and said we could pay cash upon delivery which was absolutely no problem. After 1 hour and 20 minutes with no delivery I called in. I was told it was out for delivery.....at 2 hours still no pizza. I called and they had no idea of the order and it was definitely not out for delivery. The manager preceeded to yell in the background at the worker on the phone with me when I inquired about a new order and a discount for the long wait time..I totally understand that things happen but the manager was extremely rude to the worker and refused to speak with me. I could hear her in the background stating "I'm busy and I absolutely will not provide a discount. This woman cannot expect anything we can't help the computers were down". I gently asked to speak to the manager again to spare the poor worker from being berated by her but she continued to refuse. I'm sorry but a little kindness goes a long way and they still took our order despite the computers being down. Therefore, I feel they should have honored it after 2 hours and being told it was already being delivered which was pretty clear they lied about. Poor customer service. I would not recommend. I wonder if this is why they closed the first time....such a shame because the foxes in westernport and Oakland are amazing...

This foxes is not very good. I have ordered here 3 times and it has been horrible and/or they have gotten my order wrong. They are also over priced. Over $2.00 for just one topping!! But at least they give you cheese free! :/ The first time I ordered was when they first opened. I ordered cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was flavorless and messy and the cheese sticks barely had any cheese on them. And the little cheese that was not them was hard. The second time I ordered I thought maybe it was just the pizza(which is pretty sad because they are a pizza place) so I ordered wings and a steak sub. The wings were so greasy it was leaking everywhere around my house and I was scrubing grease for days. They also forgot to add onions and peppers to my sub. I just order tonight and of course disappointed again. I ordered a steak and cheese wedgie witch was "alright" but still not the greatest. I also ordered a buffalo chicken wedgie and when I opened it up, it barely had any chicken on it and NO hot sauce. So basically it was a chicken and cheese on bread. So disappointing. Within the 3 times I have ordered, I have spent over $80.00 and most of it went into the trash. I was so excited when this place opened, but all I got was...
