Driver peeled off while I was trying to get their attention, on camera and with multiple witnesses who were also trying to get their attention for me. I called the store, and the manager argued and argued that there's no way, called me a liar on the phone call, and talked over and interrupted. When I asked for their supervisor or any contact info to register a complaint, they LAUGHED at me and said it's not gonna happen. Ever since Sonny and Kim Robertson sold this business, it's gone downhill. They wouldn't let me sign for the order I paid with a signature-required credit card, and even said they throw the slips away and that they REFUSED to let me sign for the order, claiming it's all digital only and the receipt is in the email. Manager threatened to come to my house and got belligerent. I have kids, some of which are majorly disabled. Speeding drivers that don't pay attention to people around them yelling and trying to get their attention, and managers that threaten "I'm gonna leave here and come over to your house right now and solve this" aren't exactly a safe-feeling experience, and honestly should be viewed with caution. Overall, a bad experience from a place that USED to be good. Being busy is no excuse to not let someone sign a receipt (no way to guarantee they won't fill whatever total and tip they want, which is WHY you sign for the order), or to speed down residential streets with a 25mph speed limit.

Read moreI pre ordered at 2:20 w an email and text confirmation at 2:26 for a delivery order at 530… it is now 6:25 and I have been on hold almost 40 mins, my order total was $77.91 and that was with an 18% tip… I still have yet for someone to answer or deliver my food! ADDED—— Notice on order confirmation at the top it shows what time the confirmation came from them… 2:26… not to be delivered until 530 and didn’t get order until 6:40. Delivery guy didn’t even apologize… his reply was you’ll have to take it up with them! The pizza was warm but the poppers and mozzarella sticks were not and they were not good, it was like biting into a crusted cheese stick. I ordered the mega pizza, large cheese steak sub, jalapeño poppers & mozzarella sticks! It was Super Bowl and that’s why I placed my order so far in advance… I could understand a wait had I called at like 4ish but folks it was 2:20… giving them plenty of time to have my order prepared and ready… I could even understand maybe 15 mins late. I had company over to watch the game and they too were waiting. Just ridiculous! And still to this day Feb. 12 after leaving this review have not recieved one call apologizing. And we wonder why local businesses loss...
Read moreI don't normally write a review, and normally we do not have issues with Giannis pizza; but the experience today was completely unacceptable! We had two pizzas (1 large cheese, and 1 mega with pepperoni and extra cheese) for two adults and 7 children to eat, delivered. After prepaying (with a generous tip), and received the pizzas, we opened both boxes to find the pizzas smashed to one side of the box they were in with the cheese and toppings slid off half the pizzas and stuck to the boxes. We decided to call about the issue and was on hold for about 10 minutes before explaining the above to the worker. While on hold, some of the children, including guests started to eat some of the pizza that was salvagable anyway. The response was that we could bring the pizza back and they would assess the issue and go from there. It was delivered for a reason and that was explained.
