Arby's — Restaurant in Cumru Township

This Arbys is well run and consistent. Only one time did I get some food not up to par (reheated) but it was close to closing time so I let it slide and I never really have any issues with getting fresh food here. Even when ordering via Doordash the food is fresh and pretty consistent and what more can you ask for from a fast food place? Only thing I wish they would add the option to choose sauces on their delivery menu or include notes. Arbys has the BEST milkshakes and the BEST chicken tendies. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is top tier but quite messy (need a sauce on the side option!) and their roast beef is decent, but their wraps are highly underrated and so are the gyros! I didn’t like the reheated mac and cheese but I can tell it would be amazing fresh. Ants!!! Not sure who really has been writing these reviews. This place is probably the absolute worst Arbys I've been to. We were sitting at a booth and ants started crawling on the table. There were so many and they were everywhere. The area where the sauces were was sticky and gross. There were flies on the counter. The white ceiling tiles had brown stains from water leaks. The laminate on countertop, tables, and booths is old and cracked. To top it off, the place had a musty odor, maybe from the air conditioner. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. In my 43 years of life, only a couple times have I ever been inside of Arby's, let alone, eat their meals. This location is like stepping into the past with grandparents. I would refurbish the guts, bit leave it the same. Took my daughter for her first experience, we wanted to ring that bell so badly because how good the food was, but didn't want to disturb the other customers. Surprised to see not the many go here, the fools, do they not know about "the meats"? Worth it! Loved it. Inside needs some love, but other then the dust settling, was AWESOME. P.S. The hollaween decorations threw us, and we thought you were closed, or haunted....
