Starbucks — Restaurant in Cupertino

This is the first time, I visited this location and it was busy. I had ordered for a pour over of blonde roast and was waiting for almost 15 minutes. I reached out to the lady with pink hair highlights to check on my order and it looked like that is when they had started the process. She asked me if I am ok with half cup of coffee to leave space for milk. I asked her how long it would take for her to fill the cup and she said it would be a minute or so. So, I waited for her to fill the cup and requested little milk to mix with it. She became rude at this point and said that if I need to mix with milk, I need to order it as well. This was not the case at other Starbucks and when I mentioned, she said that is not their policy. When I said it isn't helping after waiting for almost 20 minutes, she asked me if it is ok to refund and dumped the entire brewed coffee in front of me. I would never visit this...

I decided to stop at a Starbucks on my way in to work, and I got my usual shaken espresso drink. To my frustration, I realized after I had already left that my drink was almost entirely ice (the photo in my review was after only a couple sips)...

Not only was that disappointing, but to add insult to injury, this location has started to put all drinks in paper cups with paper lids. I'm sorry, but there are other eco-friendly things that can be done than just making everything paper. Having an iced beverage in a paper cup, through a paper sip lid is quite an unpleasant experience. You might think "Well, just get one of their iconic green plastic straws, then!" Guess what? This location uses paper straws too.

Honestly, I intend to go out of my way from now on to not ever get a drink from...

I guess I'm just used to the Starbucks on the other side of the valley where the kids hustle, over the past few weeks I've noticed the staff here is to preoccupied to offer good customer service, food orders forgotten, several times in the morning when I've been the only customer and I have to remind them, Saturday was lukewarm coffee, the Friday before don't know what it was they gave me, sure wasn't a Mocha, but this morning was the kicker. opening time is 5 am. I got there at 5:30, not open, the two people working there ignored me and other customers, several who left, before opening about 5:50. The lady there mumbled something about them opening late, uhg no kidding, and then it seemed like neither person really wanted to help us. I left there...
