Terrible service. I ordered a family pack through Uber Eats with clear instructions asking to substitute the sesame chicken because my kids are allergic to it. I was only ordering a different chicken so they could eat it with white rice. They completely ignored the request and never contacted me to say it couldn’t be done.

I ended up paying a lot of money for the wrong food that my kids couldn’t even eat. When I called to let them know, they gave a lazy excuse saying the kitchen didn’t see the note even though the person who took the order did see it and could’ve let the kitchen know. If the substitution wasn’t possible, they should’ve notified me so I could change the order. Instead, they just sent it out knowing it was wrong. Extremely disappointing and careless. I won’t be ordering...

Oh my goodness lord, I can not begin to tell you how hard I’ve been searching for a Chinese restaurant that cooks as good as this. Probably some of the best Chinese rice I’ve ever had if not the best , I’ve so tried a few other things in the menu and almost lost my mind because the food was so good . And last but not least the customer service is just as good as the food. I love Mary's cooking. Being that she cooks Chinese Jamaican dishes, it's like eating what my Amah (Grandma) cooked: stuffed bitter melon, sweet and sour pork chops, and yam and pork. My mom also ordered shrimp lo mein though I didn't eat that. I don't know what her Chinese American food (Honey chicken, fried chicken wings, General Tao chicken, etc) tastes like as I don't eat that. What we regularly order from her is consistently delicious!
