How do I put this I bought a car here every thing looked good I found out all there cars are from auction and they only repaired the out side of there cars my my vehicle was smoking from the exhaust a couple days after I bought the car I voiced my concern with Franco he said that it was over filled with oil I’m a mechanic that made no since they clean engines to make them look new my vehicle had sludge in the engine I have all of my oil change papers and dates I did them all routinely they do not care about the customer ive been to the dealer ship before many times after buying the car and always saw a customer upset because the car they purchased is not running like it’s supposed to he says that it’s been 7 months but I voiced my concerns with him since the beginning he never fixed it so I had to figure out my self that I still had power terrain warranty my friend also came to to this dealership to get a vehicle about a month after his cars transmission broke he had to pay out of pocket moral of the story if you want to buy a good car that come from auction and are maintenanced right don’t come here they use cheap parts and skinny ways to trick your eyes please think about what I’m saying and look closer at...

NEVER COME TO THIS DEALER

To start off, these people are a bunch of crooks, especially Franco the owner and Felipe. They are stealers. I was scammed for $3600.

The story goes, they sell me a car but the contract was never signed by them. Within a week they wanted to towed my car without a reason. The reason they gave me was because the “bank couldn’t verified my employment”. I asked them kindly to please provide me the banks number, they said no because they would call me. Never received the bank call. We got into an argument, I made my own research about the bank, I found their number in Google. Spoke to them, and truth to be told, they told me that the contract was never signed by the dealer and they couldn’t processed it. And it was never processed. Later I find out that they wanted to repo my car before making my first payment. So yes, I lost $3600 , they only refunded me $1,190 so I can shut up. But no, they literally robbed me. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car even if it’s just a used one.I traded in my Mini Cooper, and it took them a long time to pay off the loan through Navy Federal. I had to send multiple texts and multiple drives before they finally took care of it. Then, I found out that the car I bought from them has a salvage title. They never told me this when I was signing the paperwork. If I had known it was a salvage car, I would not have bought it.
